Stay was excellent since Hotel was on Main Road.Food was amazing.Was given Balcony and there was a lawn area which looked beautiful from balcony.Overall really nice experience

Location: The balcony was overlooking an empty site which had garbage thrown making not a pretty site
Food: We didn't have food at the hotel
Amenities: Very basic
Room: Small for the price and not value for money
Restaurant Ambience: is good
Staff: were ok, didn't get to interact much

Stay was very comfortable. Polite service and hospitality. Overall very good experience. I would recommend this stay definitely.
I stayed there for 1 night, to be precise only for 10 hours, but night went horrible. There were some people were staying on the floor and they kept making noise till 4 am. I left at 4 am. I complained at reception and they told me that they have already asked those guys to behave but they didn't listen. They even tried calling call girls to hotel but somehow reception fellow didn't allow them inside. Worst night. Even after paying so high price if couldn't get 5 hours of sleep, it doesn't make any sense. I wonder what stopped reception fellow calling police straight away.

There was no cleaning at all. Secondly, the customer's material or under garments was lying there etc., that too was not good. Overall the hotel was not good at all.

The response from the staff was excellent, and the services provided were commendable. The environment was neat and clean, enhancing the overall experience. The playground and open spaces were well-maintained and enjoyable. The only drawback was the ongoing road construction nearby, which, although inconvenient, was beyond the hotel's control. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
