I found mice in two different rooms at this hotel. After reporting it, they refused to give me a refund — even though I have video evidence of the problem. This is a serious health and safety violation. Instead of solving the issue, management offered to move me to a different hotel, which I did not agree to. I no longer felt safe staying here. If you care about cleanliness, safety, and being treated fairly as a guest — I do not recommend this place.
