环境：在卡伦的大转盘附近，周围吃的很多有商业一条街，711屈臣氏都有，靠近大转盘那边也有公交车。
设施：我们一家人订了池景房给我们安排了连通房很方便，房间的设备要求不能过高整洁就好。孩子特别爱带滑滑梯的戏水区。
服务：服务比较热情，没有歧视中国人情况。
不太喜欢的地方就是早饭太白人饭了，不符合中国胃，连续三天实在有点不适应，但是怎么说吃饱就行吧。
首先酒店设施很好，这个价位有一个比较大的亲子泳池很不错，它有2栋楼，主楼前是大泳池，另一栋楼前是小泳池，但水深1米2。都可以去玩。泳池旁有小沙滩区，孩子也可以玩。第二很赞的就是它家的早餐特别丰富。西式，中式，泰式，各种各样，咖啡也特别好喝。第三就是它的地理位置特别好，在卡伦转盘附近，去海滩很近，附近商业也很丰富，吃饭买东西做按摩都有很多选择。另外它还提供沙滩垫、浴巾和沙滩巾，都是不错的。在这些优点的情况下，虽然它家房间比较旧，我也都能接受。房间一些问题修理工也及时解决了。
几乎挑不出缺点的酒店：
整体装潢风格符合“ART”的名称，房间空间足够大，并且提供沙滩毛巾、沙滩凉席和沙滩包，步行往返卡伦海滩、公交车站都非常方便。
酒店房间不只在游泳池边的一栋，还包括后方的一些建筑，一开始担心过于深入，随后发现后方有小路可以直通卡伦夜市，距离美食和按摩店更近。
早餐选择足够丰富，我甚至看到了蒸屉和包子。游泳池对于家庭娱乐大小和深度也合适，还有沙滩椅可以休息，所见即所得。
很有可能还会再次入住。
从进门开始就有门槛，厕所有槛，卧室也有，还有一个像牢房一样的所谓的阳台，那个阳台三面墙一面玻璃门朝内，像一个密闭空间，这种阳台有什么用？ 卫生间洗手台超级脏，镜子的包边是坏的都腐朽了。空调声音大到我戴3m耳塞都能听到风机响，半夜根本没法睡觉。床上还有一些零食碎屑不知道怎么打扫的。总之，不干净。
必须先给携程点个赞，海外订酒店绝对首选，客服很快解决问题，酒店也不错，地理位置很好，就在卡伦大转盘附近，但房间一般，如果涨价太离谱肯定不值得，国内快捷酒店水平吧，牙膏牙刷需要自带，但准备了去海边的拖鞋和浴巾还不错，早餐松饼很好吃.虽然溢价买的，但因为地理位置不错也能接受了，现在普吉岛涨价也很离谱，预算够不如直接加点钱去paradox.

直通泳池房，给我们安排的是比较安静那一排，体验感还是很不错的～入住有欢迎饮料和食物，但是，酒店旁边的餐厅都不好吃，不知道谷歌上面的高评价是不是刷出来的。酒店公区很小，走出来就是卡伦海滩的转盘道，去海边蛮方便的。很多俄国人入住。
退房那天叫车去机场，bolt上完全没有人接单，最后我们去转盘道坐大巴去的，比打车便宜不少
服务不错，离沙滩近。早餐可以，中西自助。入住的时候，因为不是大床，和酒店沟通后让服务员立即就给重新铺成大床🤗下次淡季来哈哈哈
我定了4-5楼的房间，但是给了我一楼，房间霉味比较大，跟她们说了，她们就说没有房间了，还说你不满意可以取消！所以住的很郁闷！泳池有安全隐患！
我愿称之为卡伦海滩性价比最好的酒店没有之一，位置是整个卡伦海滩最方便的
交通：距离机场大巴的卡伦海滩站仅150米，没有比这个再近的了
设施：只需要在门口711买牙刷牙膏洗面奶，浴液洗发水都有，每天6条毛巾给你用，还有免费的沙滩垫，雨伞
卫生：非常干净，客房餐厅都很干净，酒店里的儿童游乐区和公共区域都非常干净
服务：服务到位，没有国家歧视，那个服务人员都很喜欢笑，大家都很喜欢小朋友，非常友善
