Booked a accessible room, the one they wanted to place us in, we were told, had no tv. The room we were then given was on the interstate side, fourth floor, not really accessible and extremely noisy. I asked for a different room, not on the interstate side and was told there were none. Disappointed in the Marriott name brand and service for this hotel.

Staff was nice and attentive and room was very clean. To me the location is perfect,right on the highway with an access ramp to merge onto. My go to spot when I visit Wichita Galls!!

Hotel was in a great location. Clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again.

入住时，前台的那个人让我很失望，最后竟然用我的中间名又预订了另一间房间……房间也很脏，感觉毫无自豪感，因为他们不给地毯吸尘。房间里还有一只死掉的大蟑螂。我母亲的房间也在同一个庄园里，床铺很差，问题接踵而至。
从入住到结束，一切都很糟糕，入住和房间都出现了问题。我已经向酒店投诉了。
前台一点也不热情。我们房间的地毯上有很多污渍。以后不会再住这里了。
