位置位于船湖渡假区,不临闹市区,周边环境好、安静,喜欢安静度假的朋友适合。
旁边200米有超市,距离游艇码头500米。
总体很棒!
这次在携程预订了NH普吉船湖度假村三晚住宿,入住体验很不理想。第一天进房就发现蚊子极多,花了近一个小时都打不完,晚上被蚊子反复骚扰,基本没睡好。第二天实在无法忍受,通过携程联系酒店沟通退房,被告知无法退房,最后协商更换了一间房。新房间情况比第一间稍好,但依然有蚊虫叮咬问题,整体体验大打折扣,只能将就住完。
三个女性朋友为了安全也方便办入住希望住的近点,结果说没房了给的楼栋和楼层全都不一样。七八厘米长的大蟑螂在房间里,工作人员去抓找不到。大堂客服查当时满房没有房间可以换,也不给退,房间让给大蟑螂住了,和朋友挤一间房住的。结果朋友房间的楼下凌晨一点还在阳台大声喧哗,电话投诉无用,去大堂找客服带着员工上门才制止。然后早上六点多又开始喧哗… 设施,服务很一般。第一次去普吉岛第一晚入住体验感极差。
携程服务真不错一直在帮忙沟通协商解决问题,第二天晚上换了房间。
前台服务员态度太差了,人也懒懒散散,房间一股霉臭味,有蚂蚁和沙土,不可能再入住这个酒店,位置也很偏远,距离旅游区一般都在一个小时,还给我们送到了居民楼的房间,环境差到,狗狗入住都怕感染霉菌,不给换房也不给退款,反正太差了,避雷避雷
酒店很干净,就在游艇码头附近,地理位置很好,空气宜人,食物也很美味,购物也很方便。
在入住后,遭遇凌晨5点多被大力拍门吵醒。 同行的朋友房间发现10厘米长会飞的蟑螂,要求换房间未果,同时清理房间也没有抓到蟑螂。无奈和朋友挤了一晚,当晚和第二天经过了无数轮斗争后终于给换了房间。但前一晚房费坚决不给退,给蟑螂叫了一晚房费。 斗争过程中酒店服务员很无力,解决问题无能力。
房间在三楼,能看到绝美的泻湖景观,非常棒。房间很干净,即使分配的房间离大堂有点远也不用担心,因为随时都有高尔夫球车接送服务,工作人员也很友善,能满足你的各种需求。
位于美丽地段的超赞酒店。
周五晚上,海滨餐厅还有现场音乐表演。
旁边有一个漂亮的灯塔,你可以在那里许愿。
附近有Villa Market超市,可以买到各种食材。
强烈推荐游艇旁边的Nozomi餐厅哦!
食物很好吃
入住:
我们通过猫途鹰预订了两晚,但办理入住时,礼宾部人员亲自过来帮我们办理,他似乎对预订是两晚感到惊讶或困惑,也许他们的系统显示的是一晚?然而,第二天,当我们乘坐高尔夫球车回房间时,发现自己被“锁在门外”——房卡失效了。
会不会是他们的系统仍然只为我们登记了一晚,所以需要重新激活一晚?
我们打电话后,一名工作人员过来帮我们开门,但我们要求酒店给我们一张“能用的房卡”,因为我们不想为了解决这个房卡问题(这不是我们的错)而频繁乘坐高尔夫球车来回跑。
酒店班车:
乘坐酒店班车前往中央购物中心需要提前登记,每天只有下午1点一班。第一次乘坐很顺利——只有回程时,一名工作人员亲自开车来接我们四位乘客(正好能挤下!)。
然而,第二次使用时,尽管我们已经登记了要乘坐班车,但司机竟然没有检查大堂座位上是否还有等候的人就开走了,当时我们其中一人正坐在那里,以为还没到下午1点。我当时正好在外面拍照,准备把照片上传到猫途鹰写点评。我看到小巴开走了,就追了上去,但司机似乎没注意到。我赶紧提醒了屋里的丈夫,当班的工作人员迅速通知了保安门岗,让他们拦下小巴?
小巴又回来接我们了。要不然,肯定会有一大堆投诉!顺便说一句,前一天我们还特意在停着的班车旁边等着,生怕它没等我们就开走了!
游泳池:
酒店有一个小游泳池,就在我们每天吃自助早餐的餐厅附近。我丈夫不想游泳,他说和我们之前住过的两家酒店的游泳池相比,这个太小了。
我们的房间:
房间靠近游艇码头——没有景色,也没有电梯。不过我们能看到一些鱼在栈道附近游。
电视频道:
有几个国际频道,其余的都是泰语频道。唯一令人失望的是,没想到他们没有CNA(亚洲新闻台)!因为那天下午很重要,我们想收看新加坡国会现场的预算演讲!
我们以为可以打电话让技术人员来修,但技术人员来了之后确认没有CNA频道,所以我们只能用小小的手机收听我们期待的重要好消息!
