Bathroom was not cleaned . Toliet was nasty and hair in floor . Floor wasn’t cleaned to well around bed . Sheet didn’t fit bed it came off to small . Sheet smelled like urine .

Charles at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly when we checked in very late in the evening. Even saw him at breakfast the next morning and got a pleasant greeting. I could tell the hotel was a bit older and not as updated as many I usually stay at, but the most important thing, the bed, was clean and very comfortable. It was a great stay for the price!

Room was very clean and the bed was fantastic! Suggestion for all hotels (we travel a lot between mexico and Canada) it could be a game,changer if you had proper coffee machines and decent coffee for people who wake up early in the am. The coffee machine was too small and the coffee baskets did not fit the machine. Small thing but as an early riser (4am) coffee is nice to have.

Courteous staff. We came late at night and they were very kind. Hotel very clean, rooms well maintained and a very good breakfast.

i was fighting to open the door, the cover had stains on them, the shower wasn’t getting hot enough, the shower was dirty, and the room air smelled moldy.
