Very good service. The food was excellent, and all the staff were humble and friendly. The games and activities were also very good. Overall, an amazing experience.

"My visit to Restaurant had some highs and lows. The dishs was fantastic; the flavors were great and it was cooked well. However, the service was a bit slow, and it took about [Number] minutes for our server to take our order initially. Additionally, the music was a little too loud, making conversation difficult. I hope this feedback helps, as the potential for a great experience is there."

Had an amazing 2-night stay! The view was stunning, rooms were clean and cozy. Huge thanks to Anagha very friendly and polite girl and also Sanju, Chhabetta, and Gibu for the warm hospitality.... not forgetting other staffs who name not mentioned — you made us feel at home! Special mention to Chef Ajith for the delicious food and Security Rajev for being super helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Munnar!

Very well maintained property. Clean and nice . Excellent services by all employees right from the front desk to all staffs in the kitchen area and people who serve ( Jibu and simran ) are all very courteous and friendly . Highly recommended .

I stayed at gokulam park munnar for 2 days...The stay and the staff was so good.. especially Chef Sreekumar...F&B Manager Abhilash and Mamitha from restaurant everyone was sooo good..and great hospitality...
