The resort is located at a phenomenal location and the most striking positive. Part of this resort is its people. I had an interaction with Mr. Thapa, who is a Guest service manager and the associates in Front Office Pradeep and then Mr Kheem Ram in the restaurant ; I I don’t remember the name of the other staff in FNB, but they also did a great . everywhere it has been phenomenal interaction with its people. The outstanding part was Harishji in Security. He did such a great help in recommendation on what to do during after hours in the evening that I am amazed , his hospitality was unparalleled. The resort has some good activities for kids and family. My daughter did zip line and she liked it. We were lucky that it did not rain, but since it was low season because of monsoon certain things and activities are closed, which is justifiable. The food quality is also excellent. The breakfast was à la cart and The quality of food was very good. Even lunch was phenomenal. So great job the staff and team of the resort keep it up. This is for the owners and the asset managers. I believe that the property is old and the product is started to look profusely rundown no doors in the bathrooms ; the condition of the furniture in the room . There needs to be a serious thought given if you would like to repeat customers. I would come back any day for the team that is working here, but would think twice considering the condition of the asset in terms of its rooms and maintenance of Product. However, I will give full marks to your horticulture and landscaping team and the housekeeping team who have done a great job in keeping the product clean in whichever rundown condition. It is so full marks to housekeeping and Engineering and Outdoor area maintenance team, Great Job ladies and gentlemen.

Came to attend the sister's wedding, its a great time spend at Country Inn Bhimtal, the property was very a vast and the service was impacable, the rooms were bit old but spacious. The decoration was very nice. Special thanks to Pradeep Ji, Suraj Ji, Chetan and Sanjay at the reception. And also thanks to Shrikant Ji, Chef Sunil, Deepak, Pankaj ,Kamal and Bhupendra and other service staff. Will definitely come back again.

I visited Country Inn Nature Resort Bhimtal with my family and booked 2BHK Cottage. I must say it was quite spacious and felt like home. The overall property and rooms are quite old but well maintained. If it is renovated, it can be the most luxurious property with best connect with nature wnr view. Food served was good. While in buffet there weren't many options, but with whatever available it was good.

It's a great experience to be a part of Wedding of my friend at Country Inn Bhimtal. The location, food and services were top notch. The staff was so curious, they never say no to anything we ask, special shout out to staff. Special thanks to reception team Pradeep, Suraj, Sanjay, Chetan, Rachit and Sandeep for there cooperation. It was a great experience at Country Inn Bhimtal, the room, location, food, ambience, stay was fantastic and the people over ther was very polite and never say no to any work. Greenery all around, as the name proves the Nature Resort it is the same as they say. Special thanks to Pankaj, Deepak and Bhupendra for food dept. I came with my friends for stay at Country Inn Nature Resort Bhimtal, they room were huge and great, the service was top notch, the people were good and humble at there, the food was great and tasty, the lawn and grounds were beautiful and green bamboos. They have the ample of parking space. A special thanks to Deepak from food serving, and Pradeep Ji and Suraj Ji at reception and Sanjay, Chetan and Sandeep. Thank you guys will be back soon.
