First things first. Whomever is the GM, you have a great emp named Marcus. I have been to 6 aloft properties and this guy def goes above and beyond. (Maybe he’s the GM ? Not sure) but he not only made me feel welcomed but provided useful advice for a visiting New Yorker. Will def use this location again. I had originally thought I was booking the overall location and this was def a very happy accident

The rooms are modern and clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The customer service desk is on the 6th floor after you enter the building and there is no one to help with luggage. Also, parking is valet-service only at $40.00 per night.

一开始就很糟糕,但后来情况更糟。我预订了一间大床房,结果他们给了我一间双人房。我房间的浴室镜子上有一条大裂缝。他们昨晚租了楼上房间,举办了生日派对,还请了 DJ。“睡觉”的晚上大部分时间都有震耳欲聋的音乐。打了两次电话给前台,一次电话给公司。建议餐饮组学会照顾想睡觉的客人,而不是只照顾一次聚会的客人。位置可以更好地管理。
这家酒店位于市中心,周围有不错的餐厅和商店。但是,感觉就像住在宿舍里。床不舒服,设备廉价,淋浴间塑料化,酒吧区很吵,房间里都能听到,我们在那里住了三天,没有女仆服务……尽管我一直要求。
酒店超额预订 = 愤怒/失望的旅客
当我们晚上抵达办理入住手续时,忙碌了一天,疲惫不堪,手提行李,却被告知酒店超额预订。酒店为我们提供了前往姐妹酒店的交通服务,但我们从未提前收到通知,告知我们酒店将不再提供客房,以及可能提供哪些选择。这是一项糟糕的政策,完全违背了客户信任,更不用说,这是破坏品牌忠诚度的必然方式。
我们到达时酒店已超额预订!!!
我们到达办理入住手续时收到一封信,说他们必须将我们转移到姐妹酒店,因为他们已超额预订。我很不高兴我们在抵达前没有收到电子邮件、短信或电话通知。
