Did not get to check in until 830 pm becsuse the rooms were not available yet. Then, my shower had hair and a dirty wash rag in it. Was disgusting. I dont think they were staffed well at all.

酒店非常干净,地理位置也很好。欧陆式早餐也很棒。

房间非常干净,家具按照最新标准布置。一切都干净整洁,一切正常运转。
地理位置安静,交通便利。
可能是我们明尼苏达州之旅中最好的酒店。
大厅里喝醉的成年人吵闹到凌晨两点。冰球队的孩子们却无人照看。
冰球队整晚都在地上跳来跳去。直到办公室工作人员不得不第二次敲门让他们安静下来。
卫生间里没有毛巾。打电话到办公室也没人接。
还行,但不是最好的。我要求安排一个不靠近电梯的房间,结果却被安排在了电梯旁边。电梯一直很吵,让人很不舒服。周六早上的早餐没有香蕉,也没有鸡蛋。周日早上的早餐没有煎蛋饼,燕麦粥也难吃得像胶水一样。不用说,我们的住宿体验不值我们花的那么多钱。

酒店位于我们逛过的所有商店的中心位置,这点很棒。床垫太软,枕头也一点都不舒服。每天早上醒来,脖子和肩膀都僵硬。早餐很一般。我预订时唯一的要求是入住顶层房间,但最终没有实现。
