Beautiful hotel in the centre of Fowey, the front of the hotel on the quaint street, the rear overlooking the water. Bedrooms are comfortable with lovely decor (quite hot though, so we had the window open all night). Lovely bed and bedding. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - the food and service was incredible, couldn’t fault it. Breakfast lovely although the ham with the eggs Benedict I’m told wasn’t the best (slippery ham!), can’t knock a star off for this as everything else was superb. Will definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was beautiful, clearly recently renovated, with a tasteful nautical interior that perfectly complemented the harbour setting. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was incredible; modern and spotless, tucked away in its own little basement level (such a unique touch!). To top it all off, we had a lovely view of Fowey estuary, which made mornings extra special. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay at the Old Quay House hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend - we’ll definitely be back!

Had an excellent stay, well deserved rest. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The old quay house is very well situated and has everything you need all around you. Hopefully we will be returning for our 6th time visiting you again.

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and were very impressed. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and lovely. The room was very spacious and clean, our view was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, lots of choice on the breakfast menu. Overall our experience was perfect. Thankyou so much to all the staff

A lovely hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. From arrival to departure and everything in between all of the staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. If only all hotels we stayed in were like this. Very refreshing. You will never get board of the view from the deck. Ideal place for a drink, lunch or evening meal. For those looking for fantastic food and great service. You will struggle to find better than the restaurant at the Old Quay House. I would recommend booking a table in advance. We had an absolutely fantastic stay for us this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and would most definitely recommend staying here.

When booking my first question concerned mobility and accessibility issues, so I'm still wondering how we ended up with rooms on the 3rd floor (with no lift). The rooms were furnished to a high standard, but beware of The Hideaway if you are tall - there is very little of it that will allow you to stand tall (and much of that is taken up by the bathtub!). The website is a little misleading in what to expect about the rooms and value for money - in the middle of winter - is open to question. I had noticed that Trip Advisor reviews included a number of complaints about the reception staff - and our experience bore this out. While both were pleasant and personable - there was a noticeable difference in helpfulness. Also, we were due to arrive the Saturday after storm Goretti passed so I had telephoned on the previous Monday to check that there were no problems and it was still appropriate to come to Cornwall. Despite several calls and 2 voice mail messages (according to the answerphone instructions) I did not receive a reply until Thursday. Apparently the hotel was closed for annual holidays - but no one had changed the phone message. On balance, probably not somewhere that I would stay again.

工作人员非常友善。所做的一切都是为了满足顾客的需求。 该酒店地理位置优越。它还设有一间餐厅，也很不错！早餐很棒，在餐厅供应，可以俯瞰令人惊叹的美景！
