The hotel was clean and recently renovated. There was an issue with the heat not working in our room but the staff was responsive and moved us to the room next door. The bed was comfortable but they need get sheets that fit properly, our came off at the corner,

Overall good hotel for being so inexpensive. Clean inside. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is very limited. Nothing freshly cooked, really only packaged item.
I stayed with my daughter. We didn’t realize the door didn’t shut and lock automatically until the next morning (luckily we ensured the deadbolt and slide lock was on). When we left to get breakfast, we noticed that the door wouldn’t shut completely and lock even when we pulled on it. The manager came up right away to look at it. She offered to change our room, but we weren’t staying another night anyway.

Management was the rudest I have ever met. For a place that is supposed to accommodate people, this was completely the opposite. I would never recommend staying at Baymont in Grovetown. Awful!

We took a family trip to Augusta for the weekend. The hotel was quiet, clean and accessible to all we wanted to eat/visit. Would stay here again.

Was told to park around the corner to get close to the elevator for my handicapped mother. However, when we parked around the corner, there was no easy access, and as my mother used her came to walk in the door she fell.
