the staff were blunt and not helpful at check in. upon first glance our room was basic and smelt a bit strange but it was okay. when we came back from dinner we were greeted by 4 cockroaches that had come out of the drain in the shower and that’s when we discovered where the smell was coming from. which had since become far stronger. upon further inspection we found blood stains on the pillow, the towels weren’t clean and the mattress was dirty. zero care was put into the room as well as the cabinets falling off of the wall and bugs living inside. we were extremely disappointed with our stay and tried to get hold of the reception to complain but no one was there and no answer so we had to leave half an hour after and pay for a different hotel. do not recommend whatsoever the only plus side was that the air con worked! every thing else was dismal.

Stay away, customer service zero, no communication until the last day before the booking, I booked the last room available(nonrefundable) without checking ferries availabilities for my suitable timings, canceled the room within 10 min of booking it, and started calling the property - no one to pick up the phone, no answer on emails, this was for a week myself and Bookings.com, I got an answer a day before my booking- that not been able to get to the island is my problem... no consideration at all and understanding regarding a refund. I do not recommend this place at all

We had a room facing the streets. First the positive things: It is really central and close to everything It's OK beds Big balcony Friendly staff Fridge Ac So the things that's not very good : It's insane noisy - of course some noise from the streets, but mostly from other guests (and a lot of them wants to party all night.. Tried to talk to them a numerous times..). You can hear everything going on in the hallway.. It's really worn down.. The kitchenette and bathroom has both seen better days.. But if you wear earplugs and don't mind that is really date it's OK, just not ekspect too much
糟糕透顶的体验！房子老旧失修。劳拉旅馆的主人对清洁一窍不通；地板黏糊糊、脏兮兮的，“家具”、床，冰箱都破旧不堪、脏兮兮的，到处都是虫子！浴帘不见了，水管堵塞，到处都是头发……我根本没敢去检查床铺。我们预订的所有房间都弥漫着烟味和一种莫名其妙的气味……尽管我们在入住前曾尝试拨打预订单上的电话号码告知他们我们已到达，但始终无人接听……我们直接去了旅馆，前台空无一人。等了10分钟，一个只会说两句英语的女孩“预订？护照”来“欢迎我们”……我们离开房间时，她也只是说了声“抱歉，抱歉！”，因为找不到解决办法。考虑到价格，我们原本没指望能住带泳池的别墅，但清洁才是关键！
