优点:早餐不错,床单和卫生间看起来都很干净。清洁女工服务也很好。
缺点:地板和墙壁,尤其是走廊的,非常脏。浴室的墙壁也很脏。空调坏了。外面整晚都有噪音和动静,房间都发出嗡嗡声。
我不会再住这里了。我之前不知道孟菲斯的犯罪问题这么严重。我以后不会再住在这座城市了。汽车必须锁在大门后面才能保证安全。
物有所值
房间里有一股怪味。酒店本身还不错,物有所值。这个区域不太好。附近唯一可以去的地方是雅园。附近很多商店都有停车场警察,停车场也设有门禁。酒店停车场也设有门禁。他们提供免费无线网络和早餐。酒店有健身房,但设施简陋。我不会再住这里了,主要是因为地段问题。
员工还行,就是态度有点儿不太好,没有客户服务。酒店本身还行。我住过世界各地的舒适型酒店套房,这家是最差的。
我们想步行去离这里仅 2 个街区远的墨西哥餐厅,但看了评论后,我们觉得这样做不安全。另外,原本应该在 7 点之前提供早餐的服务员直到 7 点 15 分才开始,然后等到 8 点之后才完成。人们有时必须赶路,等不及了
