Was here two nights with family. Property is really nice. Pool area with hot tub is great and lovely beach. Rooms are run down and probably haven’t been deep cleaned in ages. Restaurant at the hotel is under staffed so service is terrible and unfriendly. Not worth the price per night.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Best hotel on the island for families. There is an awesome splash pad for kids, rooms were great (especially suite), breakfast had tons of options and tasted great, and resort fee included free bike rental and shuttles around whole island. 10/10 would stay here again.

It's a decent hotel, but there's a bunch of minor things that make it not great. Paid for a king bed, but received a queen. Paid for a ocean view, but got a pool view. The shower has a large metal drain that echoes through adjacent rooms. Also, the breakfast is not great. Additionally, there's extra daily fees.

Check your room type.....
We booked an ocean view, I called to confirm it was ocean view. When we arrived and got to our room it WAS NOT. The balcony upgraded room I asked for (rm 211) looked at the roof, when you sat in the chairs provided you couldn't see the ocean either. You had to stand on the chair and lean over railing at an angle to see the water. I immediately went back downstairs and asked for another room. We spent 4 nights here, the first night in the awful room. They moved us the next day, to room 411, but not until after we spent our afternoon waiting for the room to get ready instead of sight seeing. The staff was helpful, female bartender and chair and umbrella guy at beach were very knowledgeable. It was a really stressful way to start vacation.

I liked that this hotel was right on the beach and provided chairs and umbrella for day use. The staff was very friendly and approachable. They provided everything we needed. The hotel was clean and the grounds were well kept. It really felt like a resort.
The only thing I would change would make sure the sleeper sofas are clean (there was goldfish crumbs under the mattress pad) and clean the shower heads.
We would definitely stay there again.
