Request early check in and late check out. Didn’t get approved til after I checked out before regular check out time. Kids running up and down hall like they were on a playground. Was charged a $50 incidental fee at check in. Just not happy at all with the experience

Very nice stay in Raleigh
Nice hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Older motel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Check in was easy. Smart TV took some figuring out, and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Bathroom was in minor disrepair. Ceiling piece above the shower looked dirty around the edges, the shower curtain was torn in one place, the vent near the shower was dirty as was one of the corner tiles near the base of the tub. However it was roomy, clean for the most part, well ventilated with some lovely soaps and shampoos available.

I stayed at this hotel for a concert on 10/14. Upon check-in I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were several checking in, she remained professional. Upon entering my room (King size bed) I can say that it was clean and looked like the room listed online. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my liking but it wasn’t bad. Upon returning from the concert there had been a shift change at the front desk. I stopped to purchase some snack items from the snack bar and again the new front desk employee was kind and informative. I ate the complementary breakfast around 7:00 and it was “ok” that included omelette eggs, yogurt and berries, cereal, home potatoes, waffles, bacon, orange and apple juice along with water. Check out was simple and again the front desk associates were nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again.

Clean property with comfy beds and good hot breakfast. Parking limited in front of hotel with overflow parking in back. Had 2 shampoo dispensers in shower, but no body soap.

我很喜欢这里的泳池，房间里的空调也很给力。我有一个阳台，能看到马路和购物中心。阳台大床房和广告上描述的一模一样。房间很安静，床单和毛巾都很干净。房间里有冰箱和微波炉，这一点很棒。天花板的粉刷有些不平整，但这并没有影响我的住宿体验。阳台配有简单的两把椅子和一张桌子，在温暖的夜晚在这里喝一杯很惬意。不过，景色算不上太好，因为酒店就在通往市区的路边。早餐九点就结束了，我希望他们能改成十点。第二天早上我懒得起床吃早餐，所以除了酸奶、咖啡和一台制作煎饼的机器，我不太清楚他们还有什么。总的来说，这是一次很棒的入住体验，员工也很友善。
