There is no zero star . We booked all 21 room for a marriage stay. It was a nightmare with constant ac trip ; water running out multiple times during the day ; hotel manager one of the most uncivil person. Avlod the hotel at all cost Hotel staff is very unprofessional

In my life this the worst hotel ever I have stayed. Ther is no variety of breakfast. Only breads and one hot (South Indian / Indian menu.) No accompaniment was placed. every day Mango mazza will provide, no fruits nothings. Hot bain marie is not working, out of order. There is one toaster which is place in the guest table. Which has 4 breads sliced to toast but only one slice is working. Nothing is available in the room only 2 small bottles of water. No shaving kits, no tea coffee facility. Nothings. Nothings. No one will pick up you call in room service. If you asked the menu available … Aloo jeera. Aloo methi, and aloo muttor & Yello dal. I have place the order 7 pm and got my order at 9 pm the room, took 2 hours to deliver. I have stayed there 4 nights only once the have change the soiled linen. It’s been more than 2 weeks still waiting for my food bill for reimbursement. Not value for money. They should sell te room @ 150AI. Yes 150 rs Not more than that. There was a staffs Tanmoy he is very helpful. Regards **********

I enjoyed my three night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport. The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation.

"Lovely hotel" Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well." Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

Wonderfull experience the Room was well located and the balcony view was pretty awesome at night. However , their are No Cons till now . Must Go if you are looking for couple friendly hotels in Newtown and in budget🥳
