The room was dirty and terrible. no towels in the room, I went to the front desk & asked for towels for 2 people. I was told that he had no towels. He said he would bring me 1 towel. I said there were two guests, he said he would bring me 1 towel. it was brought to the room, it was still slightly damp. I was tired as it was after 10 when I checked in and decided to make the best of it. I showered and went to bed, only to wake up itching so bad that my wrist bled and with welts on the side of my face and neck. At this point (a little after midnight) i decided that I could not stay there no matter how tired I was. I went to the front desk to tell the man about it. He asked if I was checking out and i said yes (my original stay was for two days.) I had stayed about 2 and a half hours. I was told since I had slept in the room that I would not get a refund for that night. I asked about the next night and he said I wouldn't be charged for Sunday. I asked for a receipt to confirm this and he refused. asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager, I then asked to speak to the owner and I was told that his name was G, just the letter I tried calling back over the next several days to address the issues and was always put off or ignored. I checked my account and was charged for both days. I contacted Sonesta and they didn't read my complaint, they said my report was investigated and no bedbugs were found, I never said bedbugs only bad rooms and bad customer service.

酒店回复: As we have mentioned to you before any cancellation requires 24 hrs. You used the room for 4hours took shower, used all the towels & linens then you wanted your money back. You have falls claim to franchise no linen in the room, no towels in the room, picture you provided claiming bed bug is not from bed bug, bed bug don't scratch on the wrist like a pet.

We ended up not staying there at all when treated rudely by the front desk staff person. Never even looked at the rooms. Went somewhere much more accommodating.

The faucets in the shower did not work -- could turn it on but not off. There were blood stains on the bedding. We left after one night-- had reservations for two.

The floors were filthy, the tub so slick almost fell taking a shower, internet went down at 10 pm so no tv for over an hour. Would not recommend staying here!

The guy that was checking me in was rude and I had to jump Through hoops to check in.. it took almost 2 hours of sitting in the parking lot. There was 100 dollar deposit that I had to pay as well as an extra 73 dollars for the night I checked in or else I couldn’t check in until 3pm next day! They were not friendly! Rooms were disgusting! All surfaces hadn’t been wiped in years! There was a condiment foil wrapper stuck to bedside table.

No interference in the room but very poor customer care. They are not ready to help . The day i checked out they didn't even know. I had to leave my room key as a sign i had checked out

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit arkansas city. Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location.
