Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We booked the entire ground floor hall for around 100 people gathering, payment was done till the D-day of around 90% of the total cost. The Manager created a scene when the pooja was going on, he stood in the hall with the team and made a mockery out of the entire event, literally ashamed the entire environment. He told his staff to not start food for the guests until the 10% money was paid (which was never the condition), he even switched off the Air conditioning in between. The manager shouted on the microphone to call the couple, hurry up, stopped the music in between when the people were actually dancing. He threatened multiple people that the decorators will leave if the couple do NOT come NOW (which again nothing was agreed before, and we were in our times limit till 6 PM). And yes you guess it right, they literally plugged the music system out at 6:00:00 PM. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable and left us deeply embarrassed in front of our guests.

Room size was small, my room was booked without complimentary breakfast which was a dis-satisfactory exercise. I hope it will not happen in any future stay. Rest every thing was ok. Regards
