酒店楼层很高，可以在82层边吃早餐边看曼谷市区景色，早餐食物丰富而且好吃，有专门的中文前台，房间也不小，打扫的干净，带孩儿入住，还免费加了床
酒店的房间和环境都非常不错，员工的服务也很到位，前台那位中文工作人员的服务更是非常不错，我们很满意。同时，我们一不小心把电子手表遗落在房间后退房了，过了一天再次入住时，前台帮我们找到了，还给了我们。为曼谷彩虹云霄酒店的服务点赞，更为泰国人民的拾金不昧的精神点赞👍。
酒店房间比较一般，84层景观比较惊艳，自助早餐特别丰盛，周边环境一般，比较中心，去哪都方便，房间老人不太喜欢，只体验一晚就换酒店了
我预订了一间豪华高空房，并如我所愿被安排在67楼。我多年前曾来过这里，当时留下了非常好的印象，所以尽管酒店有很多差评，我还是决定再次预订。事实证明，我仍然觉得非常满意，并希望再次光顾并推荐给其他人。
酒店靠近水门市场、白金时尚购物中心和迪赛姆百货，步行去尚泰世界购物中心和Big C也很方便。这为我们节省了交通费，也让我们能更有效地利用时间，因为我们这次行程主要是购物。酒店提供班车服务（需预约），可送我们去机场快线站和商场。
我们预订的房间含早餐，早餐选择很多，我们吃得很开心。此外，观景台和旋转屋顶餐厅也是加分项。房间很宽敞，虽然设计有些老旧，也能看到一些岁月痕迹，但这对我们来说并不重要。我们也睡得很好。
我唯一的问题是空调有点吵，而且直接对着我的脸吹。淋浴的热水也很难调节到合适的温度。尽管如此，我们对这次住宿还是很满意。总的来说，我们对这次住宿很满意。

我预订了太空舱区域的房间，但房间满了！他们把我安排到68楼，虽然不是太空舱，但有全景窗户。总的来说，我还是挺满意的。68楼和70楼的高度感觉上没什么差别！这家酒店绝对值得一住，就冲着它那无敌的城市景观！而且酒店还有地铁直达机场，非常方便，30分钟就能到机场！强烈推荐！
房间大是很大，但设施老旧，床边都没插座，非常不方便，早餐品种虽然较多，但口味很一般，尤其是我朋友最后一天在酒店浴室摔倒了，脚伤到立刻肿了，爬都爬不起来了，跟酒店交涉，很难沟通，连句道歉也没有，因为我们急着赶去机场，所以没办法只能默默地离开了，让人很气愤酒店的这种作为
我们在这里住了两天，在去芭堤雅度假前先体验一下曼谷。酒店位于印度区，这个区域非常热闹。附近有市场、购物中心和地铁。我们住在73楼，有两个房间，这家酒店最大的亮点就是窗外的景色。早餐种类丰富。另外，酒店员工的服务也给我们留下了深刻印象，他们都非常热情，办事效率高，一切都井井有条。
房间很舒适，也很干净。床很舒服。但窗外的景色就有点让人失望了。我们特意订了高楼层的房间，但窗户是雾蒙蒙的，所以并没有看到我们期待的景色。78楼的餐厅真是好得没话说，入场费950泰铢，是自助餐，菜品非常棒。84楼的观景台也令人惊艳，能看到曼谷美丽的夜景。总的来说，对这家酒店的印象非常好。
我爱死这家酒店了！！！服务真是太棒了！我的房间总是打扫得一尘不染，工作人员随时都乐于助人。我的行李箱锁出了问题，他们也很乐意帮我修好。这些人真的非常尽心尽力，我非常感谢他们的工作。这家酒店的一切都旨在为客人提供舒适的体验！
此外，酒店的地理位置也绝佳——离地铁站非常近，到市中心也只需几步之遥。酒店对面就是夜市和其他一些小商店，比如7-11便利店。
早餐很美味，咖啡也很棒，如果选择在81层的餐厅用餐（酒店里有好几家餐厅），还能欣赏到美丽的景色。
客人也可以预订晚餐。我选择了78层的晚餐——海鲜很美味，我非常享受那个夜晚！
