Staff was very friendly. We were served by Rahul for our meals and he patiently heard all our requests and conveyed the same to chef as well. They packed our bf for safari very nicely. Must recommend.

We used Soulacia as our base to explore Kanha National Park and stayed Two nights in a superior bungalow. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious with lots of plug points. The bathroom was large and clean, although I think the hot water tank is small so did not permit more than one shower at a time although the water heats up quick enough. The staff are very eager to please and it sometimes takes an effort to turn down food as they are always piling your plate high with Indian delicacies High Tea is offered but we found that this was too much food and skipped this on our second night It does not seem as they put cooldrinks or beers in the fridge as a matter of course, but my beer on night 2 had been. The food was tasty and the chef comes out after every meal to inquire about your meal which was a nice touch. They have an onsite naturalist, Parteek, who is a very knowledgeable young ***, passionate about nature and a keen birder. We had a wonderful walk with him through town to the forest at the gate. He speaks really good English. I would also like to call out the GM Pankash who ensured all our needs were met and queries answered. Rahul and Madan were our most attentive waiters. We had a great stay and would definitely return. There is a nice gift shop on site. All purses and payments need to be in cash as there are no card facilities onsite. There is an atm at the Kanha gate to withdraw cash.

Stayed with friends at Soulacia Resort in their family villa. The entire staff are welcoming and will do their best to make your stay comfortable. The property is quite peaceful and beautiful and has all the amenities to make for an enjoyable holiday. Food served was also delicious. Special thanks to Mr Prateek, Mr Kunj Bihari and the entire resort staff for being so supportive and addressing all our requests. This was my 2nd time and will love to stay and Soulacia again.

It was a wonderful stay at Soulacia. Very calm and composed. Walking distance from Khatia gate which would be very comforting. Special thanks to Mr. Prateek Kashyap (Naturalist) for accompanying us in safari and sharing lot of information regarding everything. There is only one thing that I needs an attention is the curtains in the tents are too thin that actually unable to protect from the outer light. Which is very necessary at the noon nap time after early morning safari. Staff is very humble and quick

Great location, close to the safari starting point. Large area, lots of vegetation and birds in the campus. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very clean. Extremely polite, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Food was excellent. Chef accommodated all our special requests. No bar.
