酒店服务真是超出预期,前台小姐姐很贴心,还主动帮忙升级了房型。客房服务响应快,叫一次打扫马上就有人来。工作人员态度都很友善,有宾至如归的感觉,强烈推荐!
太陈旧了。我看网评还凑合就定了 毕竟挂五星也没太在意。结果:
1、我真没遇见会汉语的服务员。(很多人说有,前台告诉我说没有,估计是近期没有了)
2、我告诉服务员我要一个安静的房间。太困了要好好休息。服务员说没问题结果进房间床品很潮湿。外面很吵,关键是水池子下水管那个按钮(在水龙头后面的那个把手)按不动。我让服务员进来看。服务员跟前台反馈后给我更换了一个房间。我很来气的是我要一个安静的房间她应该知道我那个房间超级吵。外面车子的声音百分百进入房间。东西坏了我倒是不稀奇。这么破的酒店坏点设施太正常了。还坚持营业这是硬挺着这呢。
3、更换后的房间床品是干爽的。起码能睡觉。我是凌晨四点入住。算一天,下午三点到次日12点算一天。我相当于入住两天。结果他们没交接啊,13:00给我打电话告诉我该退房了。我说我定了两天。对方反应过来了。结果我就这样醒了。对了 更换后的房间厕所洗澡位置是浴缸,站在浴缸里洗澡排水没有按钮需要用手扣下来 很恶心。我下午反馈给服务员,服务员热心的说马上安排工程人员去修理。结果回来了,还那样,怎么可能修理呢,也不能换个浴缸吧? 再说吹风机,小风还很热。难怪吹风机的头部都融化了。
4、早餐我个人非常不喜欢。而且两天早餐居然那几个菜没换菜。
健身房设施已经老化..........................................
预定了2间房型一样的是吧然而放假差异太大。一个就是普通放假了,一个是俱乐部房,特别大。但酒店告知是根据房型安排的,所以价格一样
房间的风格是古典欧洲,由于年代很久,缺乏维护,所以看起来非常旧。马桶下面有点脏,跟前台说了,好像也没处理,可能污迹太难处理了。浴缸有点旧,有点破损,还发霉,这家酒店要持续经营,肯定要来个大装修。房间还提供一次性用品,感觉还行。
早餐还不错,第一天早上人特别多,很难找到位子坐。
房间里有绿色卡片,我没看清楚上面内容,以为是要通知保洁人员打扫就挂在门口后就出门,结果晚上回来发现卡片是表示不需要打扫,这有点迷惑😂
比较适合商务出差,打车停车方便。房间空间大,宽敞,商务双人入住行李有空间打开。卫生间宽敞,浴室有浴帘。早餐比较普通,像米面需要自己动手。
