房间很大,环境很好!都是套房设计,花园式布局!塔拉斯是私人封闭度假村,沙滩都是住客享用!沙子很细很白!阳光好的时候,海水是渐变色的!度假村内有猴子,蜥蜴,原生态的小动物,房间内看到一只大壁虎🦎!服务也还可以,酒店免费码头接送!
这次在热浪岛一共住了塔拉斯和拉古纳这两家酒店,塔拉斯的沙滩和海景秒杀拉古娜。住塔拉斯就享受它的美景和服务,住拉古纳就享受它的性价比,各取所需。不过塔拉斯的卫生以及硬件设施感觉不太匹配这个价格
在这个酒店住了两晚,今晚的五千多点,绝对比头一天晚上六千多的住的舒服,配置也要好很多。房间位置还不错,海景极佳,酒店服务态度很好。
酒店里面的原生态海没话说,对于说是岛上唯一的五星级酒店,这个标准是怎么评的我不知道,首先说服务入住时间15:00 ,到18:00行旅没有送进房间,办理入住在大堂等待连格服务员没有看到来负责接待及办理入住,更别说一杯说。卫生房间一股霉味,被子上是血。连门都是坏的出门就要找服务生来搞,等10几分钟。整个过去体验感真的不好,价格对等酒店,虽然独立的海域,一样出去就要船一次100🐎,跟长滩的景没啥区别。
在快节奏的生活中,能找到一个温暖舒适的住所,真是一种难得又珍贵的体验。最近入住这家度假村,其卓越的服务和周到的细节给我留下了深刻印象,让我对“宾至如归”有了更深刻的理解。
首先,前台工作人员的专业和热情真的非常值得称赞。从我踏入大门的那一刻起,工作人员就带着友善的笑容和亲切的语调迎接我,这立刻让我感到放松。入住手续办理得非常顺畅高效,井然有序,没有任何耽搁。
当我进入房间时,惊喜不已。房间干净整洁,布置雅致,床铺舒适,窗外景色宜人。对细节的关注令人赞叹——无论是摆放整齐的拖鞋,调试到位的空调,还是提前准备好的迎宾茶,一切都体现了度假村对客人的关怀和体贴。
房间和前台服务都很棒,全程酒店和机场接驳丝滑。餐厅点餐也不贵,优于门口的店太多了。私人海滩人少,干净,比拉古娜好太多,值得再来。
我们一家六口住了两间连通房,一切都安排得井井有条,电瓶车服务非常出色,如果你喜欢亚洲菜和印度菜,那这里的食物绝对是最好的选择。沙滩非常干净,海水清澈见底。
很棒的体验,服务也很好,就是有点太贵了 :)
非常棒且友好的酒店。设施很好,服务也很周到。员工很乐于助人,房间也很舒适。以后还会再来。价格与他们的服务和设施相符。
