性价比非常nice的商务酒店，离皇后湾很近，酒店后身有很大的mall,吃饭买东西很方便。我定的城景房可以看到远处的山。酒店卫生，床品干净，早餐挺好。酒店离机场不远，开车打车都方便。如果去乔治市需要打车。
酒店地理位置非常好，离USM很近，符合我的预期。然而，我对服务和客房设施感到相当失望。前台接待员态度不友善，让人感觉不受欢迎。尽管提前预订了，但我们入住时却没有大床房。洗漱用品方面，像肥皂和剃须刀这些基本物品都没有提供。淋浴水温也不稳定，会从热水突然变得烫手。马桶冲水也坏了，直到我们叫了服务员才修好。另外，停车场非常狭窄，很不方便。总的来说，酒店位置很好，但酒店本身比较老旧，他们需要改进服务和设施，为顾客提供更好的体验。

家庭复式房住得很愉快。阁楼里有一个小小的淋浴间和卫生间，下层则有一个全尺寸的浴室。非常适合我们四个大人住。酒店几乎就在QB购物中心旁边。步行即可到达海滨，风景优美。
设施：老旧，房间就像个商务酒店，空间又小
卫生：一般般，别太多期望
环境：附近就很多吃的餐厅
服务：前台服务太差劲了。入住前也不问旅游税，等到了退房，直接给你加上去，然后再让你去找证据证明你已经在网上缴纳了旅游税
地理位置优越，员工友好。美中不足是停车位有点窄。除此之外，设施都很好，早餐也不错。房间也很干净。下次还会再来。
酒店貌似在大商场边上，出了酒店就是脏乱差。
早早就订了大床房，到了后被告知只有单人床，而且态度很差，一脸歧视。我也不知道这马来人哪来的自信。当我和前台交涉时，还叫来他们同事，语气一个比一个差。
照片上看酒店好像很好，进了房间看，很多东西旧旧的。洗澡水要放很久才会有热水。
以后再也不会住了。
我在槟城伊士汀酒店的住宿体验非常好。房间很干净，员工专业又友善，地理位置对商务出行来说也非常便利。房间设施齐全且维护良好。我很喜欢迷你吧和咖啡设备。强烈推荐给商务旅客。
出差来长住的，楼下吃饭购物很方便，房间也宽敞干净，美中不足是1洗衣服一次要花22马币买token，2早上通勤门口会堵车
