Easy to find, location was convent for us since going to the Jack O’Lantetn Spectacular. Would be a great place if going to Kentucky Kingdom. Hotel was very nice and sooo clean! We were not disappointed at all. Wanted a bedroom option and this had that & the room had some cute touches left by housekeeping which was appreciated! Room decor also very nice. Great breakfast options, loved the yogurt bar!! Staff was friendly, we had never stayed at this chain before and we would definitely stay again!!

This was perfect for our family of three. We appreciated the extra space as we were traveling with an infant and had plenty of room for a pack and play. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in they helped us choose a room that would be quieter for a sleeping kiddo. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Louisville.

工作人员友好热情，房间宽敞。我来过这里两次，体验都很糟糕。第一次是参加音乐节的时候，我的车在他们的停车场被催化转化器切断了。最后一次是，对面停车场的酒店把我们的车拖走了，结果我又在酒店住了一晚，还因为停车位不足、没有清晰地标明路边或警示牌而支付了拖车费。虽然这并非这家酒店员工的错，但我绝对不会再去那里了。我在那里花了4000美元，应该得到更好的待遇。
奇怪的浴室门！
酒店和员工都很棒，但房间里的浴室门非常奇怪，几乎没有隐私。那是一扇推拉门（有点像谷仓门），没有门闩或锁，侧面有缝隙可以透过。我们也遇到了关上后无法关闭的问题。我们一家六口人住，有时感觉有点尴尬。真的很让人沮丧，因为除了门之外，酒店本身很棒。酒店非常干净，员工友好热情。
最近，我有幸在洲际酒店集团旗下路易斯维尔博览中心Staybridge Suites酒店入住一晚，非常愉快，想分享我非常愉快的入住体验。虽然入住时间很短，但却留下了深刻的印象。性价比超高，在很多方面都超出了我的预期。
早餐选择丰富，令人满足，非常适合为忙碌的一天补充能量。除了食物的品质，酒店整体的清洁卫生也给我留下了深刻的印象。一切都维护得无可挑剔，体现了酒店对宾客舒适和健康的不懈追求。这种对细节的关注常常被忽视，但它确实让我的入住体验如此愉快。
如果我再次需要在博览中心附近住宿，Staybridge Suites酒店无疑将是我的首选，也是唯一的选择。我诚挚地向所有在该地区寻求舒适、干净且价格实惠住宿的人推荐这家酒店。
