环境:非常好,非常喜欢酒店的大树,每天早上吃早饭都去树下躺很久。如果我再来槟城,酒店的树会是我再次选择的原因。

服务太周到了!有按照要求给我们位置合适的房间,因为是蜜月旅行还有天鹅爱心和蛋糕,超级惊喜!🥳 最喜欢的是早餐自助餐了~食物好好吃啊!而且选择超级多样,根本试不完,喜欢小笼包、Muesli、各种西点面包和🧀!天气很好,在海边还玩了海上游乐设施,还就近去其他餐厅看火焰舞表演,整体来说太赞了!
这家酒店真的槽点满满,可能迄今为止服务最差的酒店之一,国庆定了三晚rasa wing带行政礼遇的套房,不到3000一晚的价格,肯定不算便宜了。第一,第一晚晚上7点多自驾到的酒店,酒店给了最高的5楼,第二靠边边的一间房,只能说侧面海景吧。前台check in速度比较快,然后丢给你一张全英文的包含酒店各种行政礼遇的介绍,让你自己看,还带了一句看不懂可以用翻译软件。what?去过好多度假酒店,一般办理入住都是前台会介绍一下酒店的早餐地点时间,健身房,酒廊等等分别在几楼和时间,好吧还好英文还可以自己解决。第二,进到房间,阳台上有个户外泡澡池,想享受一下,打开水龙头放水,蓄水特别慢,放了半小时才一半满,怀疑是漏水了,第二天早上一看果然全部流完了。赶紧报修,结果晚上回来测试下了完全没修好,也不知道到底有没有来修,马上跟携程客服反应,答应第二天再来修一次,这一次终于修好了不漏水了,可是我们也即将要离开了,等于只利用到最后一晚上。第三,千万别定rasa wing,性价比特别低,看似很多礼遇,比如早餐有自己的单独点餐制餐厅,但食物种类特别少,上餐速度很慢,还不如便宜的花园翼那边的自助餐厅菜品来的丰富。说是软饮料咖啡等几乎全天免费,但其实你是要走到大堂的行政酒廊,只能在里面用餐,不能拿回房间的,包括下午茶和happy hour都是,有一天没吃东西进去拿了2瓶啤酒被服务员追出来,把酒夺了回去,还教育了我一番,非常尴尬。而且happy hour对着装还有要求,泳衣拖鞋都不能进,你在门口报房号还要被门口的接待员上下打量一番,房号有时候报得不利索,还要被接待员质疑你应该不是这边的客人,是不是定隔壁花园翼便宜的客人,门口接待的两女服务员非常冷漠,态度生硬。第三,泳池边beverage 5pm之前也是free的,但是你只能自己走到bar这里点餐,因为是免费的人家不负责送过来的,要自己拿,要求服务员送过来躺椅边两次,都被明确拒绝了。请问这点礼遇有啥用,每天都要自己看好时间,走下来走回去,非常鸡肋。而且如果你外面玩一天几乎是用不到的,所以千万不要定。rasa wing号称有自己的专属泳池,但其实16岁以下不给进,还是只能和隔壁花园翼一起使用,等于都是白人包场。第四,酒店其实可以活动的场地挺多的,例如高尔夫可以免费打,免费租球杆和球。网球场也免费使用,租球拍也就15马币,也可以请教练150马币一小时也不贵。活动室还有台球房,还有隔壁有儿童乐园30马币玩2小时,还有一些儿童活动,明明是很好的设施,但不知道为什么酒店完全没有介绍,为什么我会知道是某一天吃早餐无意间瞄到了贴在餐厅墙上的公告,但是入住时完全没有人告知,白瞎了这些亲子活动。第五,酒店其实有高尔夫球车免费接送客人到隔壁的香格里拉golden,因为那边泳池有水上滑梯,这么热的天走过去汗流浃背,但是酒店不说的全靠自己摸索。而且酒店有去乔治镇的来回班车,虽然不多每天就2班,但是藏着不说,也没有班车时间表的公告牌,我是看小某书别的人提起才知道的,虽然我也不一定会乘坐,但是这种服务为什么不公开呢。酒店的尤其女性服务人员特别mean,只对白人相当的热情有说有笑。表扬一下我们房间的housekeeping小哥,每天笑容满满热情打招呼,还留下了手写字条,还有一个给我做foot massage的华人大叔服务很好。唯一的两星给他们。对了最后一天下午在main pool bar点了66马币的餐,我自己签的单。晚上餐厅居然打电话来房间,我先生接的电话质问我们为何不签单,因为我先生不知情以为确实忘了,但其实早付了,事后证明确实是餐厅搞错了,但也没有任何歉意,失望至极!还有酒店还有摸小动物,我们也是经过正好看到。
对了空调声音很大,一起晚上特别明显,失眠星人慎选。还有看人家评论花园翼也有水果欢迎礼,我们没有给,反映给携程客服,给送了。问他们送的标准是什么,反正有他们自己的一套标准。看到评论里除了有送水果还有杯面,我们是没收到。

我们入住了拉萨翼带花园通道的房间。拉萨翼的成人专属泳池非常安静舒适,我们在这里度过了悠闲的一整天。早餐种类丰富,有马来餐、印度餐、中餐和西餐,味道都很好。工作人员的笑容和礼貌让我们感受到了酒店的高品质服务。我们希望能再次入住。
带宝宝出去玩,本来定的硬石,很不靠谱的居然临时通知儿童泳池滑梯维修,后来取消掉换了这家香格里拉,入住办理很流畅,定的房型每天都有下午茶礼遇,泳池也人少,小朋友喜欢玩水挖沙子,酒店比较安静!隔壁那家香格里拉明显人多,泳池里人也比较吵杂,推荐这家沙洋。客房服务送餐也很不错!位置离市区也算最近的一家了~挺满意!
整体还是不错的,就是有些设施稍微老了一点,洗发水总感觉冲不干净(像用护发素在洗头😂)。酒店的海景还行,就是沙滩一点mini。早餐面档比较好吃,而且面档大叔工作很有热情和感染力,中文也很好!面档处的点心糯米鸡我最喜欢。欧姆蛋也煎得不错。
此行最满意的酒店,我是携程活动时候买的房券,最基础的花园双床,但是到了给我们升级了出门就是沙滩的房间,一共住三天,前台表示最后一天是周末,可能会换回我们订的房型…但是第二天晚上打电话到房间表示不用换,三天都是这个房型,娃需要铅笔,酒店也给我们找来了最后一支铅笔…一进房间发现还免费给我们铺好了小床,儿童早餐也没收费…下午游泳,小朋友还有免费的可爱多和气球…很温暖的服务
毕竟是五十年的老酒店了,装修也是快二十年前了,硬件也就符合预期吧,主要吐槽两个点,一是吃的太一般,无论是早饭自助还是海边餐厅的晚餐都不好吃,早餐除了kopi和椰浆饭之外毫无本地美食亮点,难得有几个斑斓糯米糕点,被拿完就不再补餐了,九点半去就吃不到了。海边晚餐又贵又不好吃,五百块钱吃的完全不如对面大排档一百块钱。第二个是刷信用卡收押金时说我的卡被拒了,好在聊了一下免了我的押金,结果过两天换了个酒店刷同样的卡毫无问题,第一次碰到这种情况。
