I'm very disappointed with the staff. I asked for additional bed at ₱500. When I Checked out... they forgot to bill me..even if I was waiting so long at the reception when I returned the key. Then after I left someone' messaged me asking for 500 .. asking me to G-cash to a personal g cash number. Not a company account. How will I know if I'm paying the hotel. I meant to message them later on..but because I came from a back to back event . I was not able to reply that day .then I found out they contacted another person (my sister) who booked another room..and we were completely separate booking and we didn't book together..so this I feel is an invasion of my privacy..when they involve another person about this. I feel This is completely out of line. It's a horrible experience!!!! Humiliating also.
房间挺好的，也挺像样。就是出行不太方便，离我要去的地方有点远。
性价比高……但是洗手池锈迹斑斑……用起来感觉很不舒服……除此之外，对得起这个价格。

这里是个不错的住宿地点。外面有点吵，因为有些客人玩得太尽兴了。至于客房服务，请在客人退房后更换门垫。但总的来说，这个地方还不错。
很高兴我们家附近有家RedDoorz。小区停电了，我们得立刻订家酒店。感谢你们酒店干净整洁，设施齐全，服务可靠。美中不足的是旁边有个建筑工地，一大清早就很吵，呜呜。
实话实说，我知道这不是五星级酒店，所以期望值没那么高。但床单和枕套上竟然有头发，感觉根本没换过，而且还皱巴巴的。
房间里甚至没有矿泉水或水壶，这样想喝咖啡都不行。
对于从Fernwood活动场所来的客人来说，酒店位置很棒，但停车不太好。酒店应该提供代客泊车服务，而不是在有人需要离开时叫醒客人。
房间非常小，电视也坏了。地理位置很不方便，连出租车司机都找不到。厕所和外面的洗手池都堵了，床头柜看起来摇摇欲坠。附近没有任何餐饮选择，我们不得不叫外卖，不过酒店员工帮我们点了外卖，这点还不错。房间里没有任何洗漱用品，只提供了两小瓶水。总的来说，我不会向任何人推荐这里。
很满意的顾客，下次还会选择住这里。
我一进房间就觉得头晕，一股难闻的味道。
体验感一般。我喜欢酒店的位置，但附近没什么商店，买吃的喝的水很不方便。我建议酒店能为愿意付费的顾客提供早餐服务。
