I honestly liked everything about this hotel.. I’ve been to many hotels in my life and honestly this might be my favorite one. Very convenient and staff was very polite.. I ate at 13 coins for breakfast which is apart of the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, super convenient, pet-friendly, and spotless!! We enjoyed everything.

The good: the room had most of the amenities needed (except no microwave). Floors were lovely.
The bad: I expected the mattress to be stellar. But it was lumpy (7 out of 10).
I was really looking forward to a wonderful room service dinner after traveling. The only thing superior was the bill, which included a 24% “fee,”plus a $7 “tray fee,”plus they still wanted a 15-20% tip. Overall, the food was far below mediocre, having arrived barely warm (there was no way to reheat it because there is no microwave in the room). The French dip sandwich included steak fries that weren’t cooked all the way through (they were inedible). The cheesecake slice had a row of coolwhip sprayed on the plate instead of properly whipped heavy cream.
My window view was of the building being constructed next door (which I heard tools starting at 8am).
All night the loud vehicles driving below on the street assaulted my sleeping; now I know why this room came with earplugs next to the bed.
The bad about this hotel far exceeded the good. This was the first time I’d stayed at this hotel chain; I won’t do that again. This was a big disappointment.

The staff was wonderful. Many great restaurants onsite and close by. I love the fact that the rooms have virtually no carpet. Beds are comfortable! It was very clean.

酒店本身有很多值得称道的地方。屋顶酒吧很棒。餐饮选择丰富，从$$$$到$$都有。
房间不错，可惜的是，我预订的时候没考虑到拐角房可能会看到城市景观。结果看到的却是建筑工地和停车场。
这一点在预订网站上并没有说明。
风扇开到最小也像在繁忙的高速公路旁边一样吵。除了这些，房间其他方面都很棒。

景色确实不错，前台工作人员也很乐于助人。这次，我没有得到我花钱买的体验。
当我把车停在代客泊车处时，员工们的热情帮助让我几乎没有个人空间可以活动或呼吸。
我一走进房间，就看到房间在几次预订之间刚刚被打扫过。酒杯和它们所在的架子上布满了灰尘。桌面上布满了指纹/手印。马桶边缘有人的尿液。浴室角落里有人的头发。
还不足以让我打电话换房间。但这足以让我下次想住在温哥华海滨时考虑其他选择。
酒店和员工都很棒。唯一的问题是停车位几乎没有，基本上只能付费代客泊车，因为酒店附近没有停车场。
