这家酒店住宿体验完美。入住手续办理顺利快捷。
房间干净安静。
早餐非常棒。它不是那种标准的“含早餐”套餐。煎饼是新鲜制作的，还有酸奶吧和新鲜烘焙的糕点。
这家酒店有很多特别之处。
需要更多员工
很遗憾，当天酒店人手严重不足。我到达时（下午3点）房间还没有准备好，我不得不等了两个小时才办理入住。在场的工作人员尽力满足了我的需求，但人手不足。另外，我的房间是折叠沙发床，但没有床单、枕头或毯子。我打电话楼下要的时候，不得不下楼去拿，因为前台和客房服务的人手不够。我们非常享受这次住宿。泳池很棒。免费早餐也很棒，选择丰富，还有煎蛋卷和法式吐司可以点。在场的工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。我想如果人手足够的话，这次体验会更好。
早餐不错，酒店也不错，但是我们的房间没有打扫干净，地板上和沙发床上都有污渍，咖啡机也没有补充，沙发床垫上到处都是东西，总的来说，床很舒服
我的住宿简直就是一场噩梦，他们把我安排在一间残疾人房间，我躺在一滩血和尿上，我拍了照片，在前台展示，他们告诉我他们要求退款给*******，但我从来没有得到退款
