这家酒店住宿体验完美。入住手续办理顺利快捷。
房间干净安静。
早餐非常棒。它不是那种标准的“含早餐”套餐。煎饼是新鲜制作的,还有酸奶吧和新鲜烘焙的糕点。
这家酒店有很多特别之处。
需要更多员工
很遗憾,当天酒店人手严重不足。我到达时(下午3点)房间还没有准备好,我不得不等了两个小时才办理入住。在场的工作人员尽力满足了我的需求,但人手不足。另外,我的房间是折叠沙发床,但没有床单、枕头或毯子。我打电话楼下要的时候,不得不下楼去拿,因为前台和客房服务的人手不够。我们非常享受这次住宿。泳池很棒。免费早餐也很棒,选择丰富,还有煎蛋卷和法式吐司可以点。在场的工作人员非常友好,乐于助人。我想如果人手足够的话,这次体验会更好。
早餐不错,酒店也不错,但是我们的房间没有打扫干净,地板上和沙发床上都有污渍,咖啡机也没有补充,沙发床垫上到处都是东西,总的来说,床很舒服
我的住宿简直就是一场噩梦,他们把我安排在一间残疾人房间,我躺在一滩血和尿上,我拍了照片,在前台展示,他们告诉我他们要求退款给*******,但我从来没有得到退款
