Front desk man assisted me as I walked in late. Room is spectacular. Amenities are very good. Bed is comfy. Large rooms. Beautiful walk in shower.

Family Hiking Trip
The pool was closed until Memorial day, that was a disappointment, especially for kids and the weather being 80 degrees. The breakfast was awesome & offered a variety for everyone. Overall nice and convenient location for our stay.

工作人员非常友善，房间也很宽敞干净。早餐很好。唯一有点困扰的是暖气发出的噪音。
酒店很漂亮也挺干净的。但门口的吸烟区位置太糟糕了，一走出酒店门就闻到烟味。房间很干净。床非常不舒服，一点都不好睡。我觉得这两点需要改进一下。

房间清洁感觉很匆忙。水里有黑色焦油，而且味道很脏。我觉得房间清洁得不太好，因为浴室有异味，床单上还有脏东西。因为这个，我提前一天退房了，前台工作人员态度很好。
到达后发现他们超额预订，没有提前通知就把我送到了另一家酒店。我没有车，还和一起出差的同事分开了。这给每个人都带来了额外的负担——太荒谬了。
我们入住时，浴室里有一只死虫，垃圾桶也满了。我们多次要求打扫房间，但在我们整个4晚的住宿期间，房间从未被打扫过。
