酒店回复: Our indoor pool and hot tub is open daily from 730am to 1030pm. It has not been closed at all this summer/fall. Not sure why you are leaving us a bad review saying no hot tub. You must have us mixed up with another property.

This is not a 5 star chain but for its level it is very fine. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful in every way. They routinely offer housekeeping every 3 nights but by request you can have it daily. I am picky about breakfast but for most people they have what is needed. I have stayed here in the past and will do so again. Only good things to say about this facility and the staff and management

In response to your "off season amenities, in season rates" other then the outdoor pool we offer all of same amenities all year long and in regards to the rates, the in season rates for Lake George, which is basically the summertime, the rates range from $250 - $350 per night for Brand Hotels and the rates you paid for the weekend was nearly half of that. We, always choose this property to stay at when in Lake George region. We love the ambiance of this property, the coziness fits like a comfortable slipper. The front desk is always informative and helpful. When you need a hot drink it is available right near the lobby.

Empty! Little dated but huge rooms and everything you needed plus breakfast, win-win. I’d go back

We had a party of 6. Therefore we purchased the upgraded room for our family. However, the couch pull out was absolutely horrible. No one could sleep on it. The coils were practically showing right throw the mattress. Therefore, we had to sleep 3 in a bed and no one got any sleep!!!

预订了一间带两张双人床的房间，外加一间带一张特大号床和客厅里一张沙发床的单卧室套房。这间单卧室套房带一个巨大的客厅。房间很干净宽敞。早餐也不错。
房间可以稍微翻新一下。
