WAITING TO DISCUSS CONCERNS WITH GM LAURA; SHE STATED I'M BUSY AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT. BECAUSE I BOOKED WITH PRICELINE AND TO LEAVE HOTEL PREMISES ...WHERE SHE IMMEDIATEDLY CALLED POLICE STATING...SHE WAS VERBALLY ATTACKED & THREATEN (LYING TO POLICE), Just was asking her questions in regards to room incidental Charges & Room Discount; because the Room was So Hot !!! NOW, AFTER CHECKING BANK TRANSACTIONS TODAY...MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED $200.10 ????? Hotel GENERAL Manager (UNPROFESSIONAL)...Please, do BACKGROUND Checks !!!! THE HOTEL SEEMS TO HAVE SOME OTHER GOOD QUALITIES

The front desk lady in the morning is terrible and should be fired I HAVE NEVER BEEN INSULTED IN SUCH A MANNER she lied to me about the price agreed upon at ci 90+tax then she hiked it up and said if i dont pay the difference shell call the cops WORST HOTEL AGENT WORST HOTEL THE SHOWER HAD NO HOT WATER AC DISNT WORK IN RM THEN CHANGED AND STILL HAD ISSUES

The Sleep Inn Crosby is the absolute best place to stay on US-90. Since the pandemic ended, I have been out making sales calls again and I much prefer staying in this hotel than staying on I-10 or Beltway 8. The Sleep Inn Crosby is brand new, its staff is so nice, its beds are comfortable, and its breakfast is freshly prepared. I also like that there's a Starbucks nearby.

The check in took a very long time but the room was clean and comfortable. The beds are outstanding. Morning breakfast is very limited but ok. Only hot item is egg biscuits we have to heat in the microwave. Room was clean and quiet But I recommend it.
