The hotel is very elegant with luxurious decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was superb. Only glass bottles are allowed inside the hotel and no plastic water bottles permitted according to the city laws. A very green hotel. The fridge in our room did not function, but they came and replaced it with a new one. The food was great, but only vegetarian dishes available. Well, all it was one of the best hotels we have ever enjoyed in India.

We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Junagadh! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. 把地毯彻底清洁干净……每天都要用吸尘器。
酒店很干净，住起来很舒服。不过有时候卫生状况还可以更好一些，房间里的Wi-Fi信号也时好时坏。泳池很漂亮，但餐厅正对着泳池。泳池边有舒适的躺椅和几个小木屋。酒店还设有水疗中心和健身房，但开放时间有限。酒店里有一家纯正的耆那教餐厅，提供专属菜单，早餐不供应鸡蛋。早餐则以印度菜为主。最棒的是Ruthi在午餐和晚餐时总是面带微笑，热情周到地为我们服务。
酒店很新，也很干净，服务也不错。但是，房间有一些小瑕疵。入住第一天，房间里没有肥皂和洗发水。第二天晚上，只提供了一瓶饮用水。客房服务需要改进。
