1.位置好，虽在540附近，但毫不吵闹，非常安静；
2.交通便利，去罗利历史区仅十几分钟；
3.周围配套设施齐全，除停车方便外，斜对面有梅西百货等品牌商加持的新商业中心，餐饮、书店应有尽有；开车出去两三分钟还有超市、加油站等，非常方便；
4. 酒店内部装修典雅、大气，无论大堂还是房间令人耳目一新。房型设计、家俱摆放及厨房搭配都非常讲究；
5. 前台服务周到温馨。
房间非常宽敞，住宿条件很好。
一切都很棒，我们之前在其他地方住过Home 2 Suite，这次决定在罗利住在这里。只有一点不方便，我们房间里的电视坏了，我们通知了工作人员，等了大约45分钟，但没人来，所以我们不得不继续按计划进行。我们回来得很晚，要求维修电视已经太晚了，所以我们住在那里的时候完全没有娱乐活动。我们在退房前通知了前台，但仍然没有得到任何补偿，什么也没有。非常失望。我好像看到过告示牌，上面写着如果我们对住宿不满意，他们会处理。

泳池坏了，直到入住前都没有提醒——而这正是我预订这家酒店的目的。
我们房间两边各有几扇门那么远，两只狂吠的狗互相吠叫了好几个小时，因为它们的主人把它们锁在房间里一整天。（这显然不是酒店的错，但真让人恼火）
适合家庭入住
非常适合家庭入住。前台为每位入住客人准备了新鲜饼干。房间宽敞干净。
我们要求的是双人间，结果给了我们一间无障碍房。马桶坏了，淋浴水压也特别低。我们不会再住这家酒店了。
房间本来可以更干净一些。注意一些小细节。有些餐具看起来没有彻底清洗。微波炉有烧焦的味道。我能听到邻居看电视的声音。淋浴喷头滴水很烦人。
我们的住宿体验一般。房间出现了维修问题。我们告诉了前台，他们已经处理了。大堂和电梯里都有孩子，非常吵闹。
