风景还可以 酒店大概四年新 最差的体验要数门口的taxi 服务 住过的酒店里最差的 一位名叫Allan 的指挥taxi 的员工 非常粗鲁 不尊重客人 并和我说 “出租车只听我的 其他人都不听 不信你就自己叫” 非常高傲. 并和我说 就算投诉他酒店也拿他没办法 不敢相信五星级酒店会雇佣这样不专业的员工
一分钱一分货,如果你觉得便宜,那要求也不能太高。否则旅行质量会变得很差。别在里面的餐厅吃饭,太贵又难吃!服务还差,只有餐厅经理是合格的服务人员

🚨避雷|女生独自住拉斯维加斯五星酒店,凌晨被刷卡闯进房间,我到现在想起来都后怕。没有电话、没有敲门、没有任何确认,工作人员直接刷卡开门,我人在床上被吓醒,脑子一片空白。一个女生在国外半夜被陌生人闯入房间,这已经不是服务问题,是赤裸裸的安全事故,最后只能提前逃离。投诉后酒店先用一百多刀想打发我。五星酒店,价格不低,连最基本的隐私都守不住,还谈什么高端体验?钱能退,阴影退不了。姐妹们,订之前请三思,别拿安全去赌运气。

房间宽敞舒适,但没有免费饮用水,需要自己购买。Junior套房的早餐非常糟糕。

这与我心目中的康莱德标准大相径庭。房间宽敞、新颖。餐饮方面,虽然店面很多,但只有少数几家不错。美食广场(一半仍然关闭)真是令人失望。红尾酒吧对面的披萨很好吃……不确定Zouk/红尾酒吧周六是否繁忙。
指示牌上写着有往返机场/市区的班车,但当我询问时,礼宾部却说那是私人服务且需要收费。
对康莱德这个品牌彻底失望,在国内住过一次,觉得房间的装修用料非常低廉,工艺粗糙,本来以为只是个例。这次入住,基本确定这是它的特质了。它的定价算是偏高端的五星酒店,但感觉除了大堂像样点外,其它乏善可陈。
这家酒店还有一个坑,minibar的东西拿开30秒后就当你购买,所以基本上没冰箱可用(另一个冰箱是开不门的)。
房间没咖啡机或热水壶,更不用说备瓶免费的饮用水。
基本上,如果在旺季时不容易订到酒店,再如果价格与高分的三星酒店相当,是可以考虑的。
在大道的最边上,走路去各景点都可以,走路去大球有点儿远,需要开车。房间干净,楼下吃喝玩乐很方便。就是入住的时候需要等蛮久的,一定提前问好入住时间。
