Staff was all exceptionally pleasant, kind, and thoughtful. Got to the breakfast near the end, and staff assured us not to rush through. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure we were well attended too ... will definitely stay again if we go to Cave City.

Staff was friendly. The linens, floors, and room weren’t as clean as I’ve come to expect from the Hampton Inn chain. The tile and carpet floors in the room were very sticky, the towels and bed linens also had somewhat of a tacky feel. Although the ac filter appeared clean, the room had an underlying odor that smelled like it had previously been a smoking room. For the price I paid on a random Thursday night during off-season, compared to other similar properties I’ve booked in this price range, I was very disappointed in the quality of this stay.

Did not sleep at all. You could hear every sound upstairs and in the hall! They had a school group staying and it was as if ten elephants were jumping rope upstairs all night. I complained several times, but nothing was done!
