We were very stressed because the previous hotel we booked did not have basic amenities. Then we checked with Shireen, she helped us make the booking quickly and efficiently. Their travel desk is also very efficient with the bookings. The prices were very economical, nothing overpriced. It was my birthday next day and they had a champagne and a beautiful cake arranged in my room when we got back. Ms. Anjala had been such a sweetheart by arranging everything for us. Radhika, Nitesh and Durgesh were always there to make sure we are comfortable throughout our stay. The food at the cafe and breakfast is very yummy and filling. It’s location is right on top of the MG Marg which saved a lot of our time and energy to reach the cafes and clubs. All in all it was all worth it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa, Gangtok. The property is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the overall experience was extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Bilash and Pranav for going the extra mile and making our stay even more memorable. The hotel also fulfilled all our requests promptly, which made our trip much more enjoyable. A very thoughtful gesture was when the team presented us with a gift after we checked out—it was truly special and deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for such amazing hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gangtok and would love to stay here again.

Staying in hotel was wonderful experience. Mr. Nitesh, Mr. Bilas n all other staffs of this hotel were too cooperative to us. They all attended us with their warm smile. Restaurant staffs also so good n supportive when it comes to customisation of food. We are carrying bful memories of Gangtok and this hotel.

Excellent location—just a 4‑minute walk from MG Road. The rooms are spacious, and the staff go above and beyond to help. On our very first day, we needed to visit the hospital late at night around 10 pm, and the staff quickly and efficiently arranged everything for us. Truly impressive service.

which is just at walking distance to MG road. I must say about their crew, they are kind, helpful and welcoming all the time. The room were kept clean each day maintaining excellent hygiene. For the breakfast, buffet was there with number of options and it was absolutely delicious. I checked out early in the morning and for that they packed the breakfast. Special Irshad thanks and front office team to everything.
