We were very stressed because the previous hotel we booked did not have basic amenities. Then we checked with Shireen, she helped us make the booking quickly and efficiently. Their travel desk is also very efficient with the bookings. The prices were very economical, nothing overpriced. It was my birthday next day and they had a champagne and a beautiful cake arranged in my room when we got back. Ms. Anjala had been such a sweetheart by arranging everything for us. Radhika, Nitesh and Durgesh were always there to make sure we are comfortable throughout our stay. The food at the cafe and breakfast is very yummy and filling. It’s location is right on top of the MG Marg which saved a lot of our time and energy to reach the cafes and clubs. All in all it was all worth it.

We stayed 2 nights in two different days in the same week. The hotel is "the best one" near MG Marg. Rooms were clean and well organized with good bed and bathroom. Second time we got a better room facing the mountains which was really amazing. The breakfast was really good and has a wide variety including south Indian items. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I wanted to mention Bilash for taking care of us. Also wanted to mention Jithesh (not sure name is correct) who helped us all the time with luggage and also helped in getting back a missed item.

Very good experience. We face a minor issue, but they 200% made up for it with complete complimentary breakfast and all. Would definitely recommend and visit again. :)

Very nice and helpful. Irshaad helped in accomodating king size bed room for us while our travel agent screwed up our booking by blocking a queen size bed room. Other staff people like Bilash. shubham, Rajkumar, Manisha, jeena and Bhima helped make our stay wonderful and comforting.

Located centrally and the rooms are good. Priya was a good host. It is located right behind MG Marg and is walkable from the hotel.
