Hotel is not suitable for a longer stay due to absence of chairs in the room and breakfast. If you need an emergency place to crash with mulitple persons for max 3 days it can be a viable option. Otherwise I would recommned to upgrade to something else.

Would not recommend. The whole place inside and out smells like pot. Sheets was stained up. Hot water took 30 minutes to get Luke warm. Staff was rude and hard to find. Charged a charge to my card 2 times after my room was paid for in full and couldn’t tell what charge was for. I will not stay again.

Nasty room the sheets where dirty and pissed stained over all bad experiences I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person with no where to go I will never ever be staying there again nasty ass place

This was hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at. For a family of 7 it had everything we needed. The room was huge, and it had 3 separate showers, 3 toilets, and 3 sinks! This was the first time we could all use the bathroom or shower at the same time. Huge benefit if you are like our family and always fighting to use the 1 bathroom at a hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean. The customer service was amazing too. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant and provided us with information about the area and even brought us a set of 5 very warm and clean towels. The cleaning staff was awesome too, very helpful. Best customer service I have seen at a hotel in a long time. The pool was beautiful and the fact that it was zero entry for the kids was a huge bonus. You can't beat the price either for this hotel. The basketball courts and balls could use some repair though. The nets are all torn and the balls needed inflating, but we still played and had fun. This hotel is super close to the beach and it has it's own path with a crosswalk, very short 2 - 3 min walk from the hotel. My only complaint would be that it did not offer a complimentary breakfast, or any breakfast for that matter. But they did inform us of 3 restaurants near by that we could go to and receive a slight discount for staying at the hotel. But there are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well that we tried out. This will be the only hotel we stay at when we are in Panama City, FL. Just wish we new about it sooner.

首先，酒店试图收取一笔度假村费用，而这笔费用本应由Trip.com承担。
这个问题在与Trip.com出色的客服沟通后得到了解决。
其次，所有的自动贩卖机都坏了，而且在我入住的五天里一直如此...
我最后一个抱怨是洗衣区。
这里有两台洗衣机和两台烘干机，但每种都只有一台能正常工作。
酒店员工拒绝退还我因为烘干机故障而损失的6美元，结果我不得不带着两筐湿衣服去别处找烘干机。
所以，如果你想找一个便宜但没有设施的度假村，那这里就是你的不二之选了。
酒店非常漂亮，也很干净。唯一的问题是泳池不干净或者没开放。我们订这家酒店就是为了游泳，结果却游不成。一个泳池水是绿的，另一个根本没水。我们问了，他们说在等电工过来处理。
这家酒店地理位置超棒！！！房间很干净，设施齐全，正是你对酒店的期待。我唯一想说的是前台的工作人员态度不是很好。不过总的来说，其他一切都盖过了你可能会遇到的那些负面态度。
