Food was nice especially the complimentary breakfast, but the service could be better. Had an amazing stay. Swimming pool was a bit unclean. Ambience is tooo good. Nice place to take photos. Don't expect network in the room , have a pleasant stay without the usage of much phone. Overall nice experience.

Everything here is amazing! The aesthetics are beautiful, very nicely designed! The food also very well done, safe and clean. So are the Spa and Pool. Enjoyed our vacation here very much! The owner, Mr. Rajkumar is always in the restaurant, is very cordial and welcoming - reach out to him for food recommendations! PS: Chennai Meen Kolambu and the breakfast Kanji were yummersss!

It is a wonderful resort to stay at. Excellent hospitality and service. The staff is very friendly and caters to all your request in the best possible way. It's kid friendly as well as a place for couples. We booked premium balcony room and it had a beautiful view.

This is my second time here! The place is beautifully maintained. Comfiest beds, peaceful ambience and amazing weather. Food was good. Waiting time was pretty high so that's one thing to improve on. The wifi is extremely slow and doesn't connect most of the time; since the network here is so bad having wifi is an expectation. Otherwise, this place is fantastic!! Sweet staff and very accommodating of the guests. Decor is well made and elegant. Would highly recommended this place to everyone.

Service was very good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with best interiors. Very calm environment built with lots of detailing. Very good place to relax with friends and family. Food was good and they are cooperative. A good trip.

The stay at The Story resorts, Yercaud was pleasant. The rooms were neatly maintained and comfortable. The food was tasty with a decent variety ( Not too little nor too much). The support staff at the resort are courteous, well mannered and ready to assist.However the approach to the resort needs a lot of work to be done. The roads are very poor with abysmal lighting. There are no street lights in any of the streets leading to the hotel which makes it very unsafe to walk after Sunset. If this is paid attention to, the resort will be much much better

Room was spacious specially jacuzzi tub was awesome, Restaurant was clean and staffs at the restaurant were very friendly room service was satisfactory total resort property was filled so many art things which gives us a very pleasant feel
