我们通常不会遇到任何问题，我们更喜欢 Premier Inn 的公司客房。不推荐这家酒店，因为房间里的窗户都不能打开。我们住在一间底层房间，要求换到一间可以打开窗户的房间。接待处的女士问了经理，我们被告知所有房间都没有可以打开窗户的！除非天气很热，否则我们讨厌空调，为什么禁止新鲜空气？这不是公司的政策，因为我们住过其他 Premier Inns，那里的窗户可以半开着，可以呼吸新鲜空气。我的丈夫有哮喘，所以空调是绝对不行的，我不敢想象再过滤的空气有多脏，我们今早醒来时，喉咙很干燥，因为我们不习惯。
Very nice and clean hotel room and bathroom. If you have breakfast make sure you go early, otherwise you'll wait on a queue as we did, we waited 45 minutes, incredible, we were at breakfast at 9:15 and we manage to eat at 10!!!

Friendly staff, room clean. However, I clearly stated it was for a family of 3, one lot of bedding and towel not in room. Also, plug in sink jammed in. Though ,when asked staff helped Particularly mention to the chef, who did a great job, cooking scrambled egg to order

3rd year visit to north bay On arrival we checked in After asking if we had a room with a view as booked online the hotel manager selected us a room with a view of the castle and what a view! the room had 4 beds made up but no problem the room was spacious .The bathroom consisted of shower bath sink and toilet shower gell and hand soap.Worked well for us the shower was a waterfall and could move the head backwards an forwards.Clean bath . The toilet had not been cleaned well in the lid hinge area dirt and dust this was a reoccurring issue in the room dust dirt on air heater grill and wall this had clearly not been cleaned for an long time the skirting behind the door had layer of dust not cleaned for a while doors clearly not been wiped down hand marks on these. Kettle tea and coffee milk available.and tv The room temperature comfortable and could be adjusted. The beds are so comfy . We were booked in for meal deals but the manager advised us a freezer had broke down and waiting for a part.. We were given the option to come down in morning and depended on what food was available. Breakfast was delicious and a dinner was too only limited menu each day Milk pots tea bags and dried coffee was available to take from reception.Also a bar with drinks available. The manager and staff at this hotel are very attentitive and very accomadating always have been in the 3 years we have visited nothing too much trouble. Clealiness of room has deteriated since last visit though.

Really good hotel, easy self check in with staff ready to help. All the staff over our 2 day stay were friendly helpful and professional, really are such an asset and made our new year stay so relaxing. Great room, lovely soft king size bed, best part was also having a big bath too. Cleanliness in our room and around the hotel was spotless, staff team all turn their hands to every job and work really hard. Tv is very slow to operate and need to hold your arm high up in the air to operate. Bedside tables are a little small especially once you have a phone/ glasses/ book / drink. Other than that room excellent, on 3rd floor overlooking wellness centre though could see the sea. Location of the hotel is excellent, lovely walk/10 minutes tops to the beach and North Bay. Or alternatively take the main road down past the open air theatre / miniature railway to take you down to the bay. Bus stop directly outside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and cooked well, good choice of bread and sourdough crumpets. Unfortunately we have one gripe otherwise it would have been an excellent review: Premier please don’t insult the skills of your chef’s by expecting them to serve the most ridiculous and appalling chick peas on the menu!!!! Unbelievable, ordered salt and pepper chickpeas and what was served was around 1/2 tin of cold chickpeas with some table salt and pepper????? How is that using any chef skills and neither is it a pleasant menu choice, disgusting, felt embarrassed for the chef and staff !!!! I could have just opened a tin of chickpeas and sprinkled salt and pepper over. Shame on whoever designs the menu. Thank you Premier Inn North Scarborough for a great stay, would definitely recommend and return.

抵达后，我们很轻松地办理了自助入住，没有任何问题。我们住在顶楼，景色优美。房间很大，有空调，这很棒，因为根本不能打开窗户。我洗澡时水不热，只是温热，这不是很好。每次我们进入接待处，都能闻到一股难闻的气味，像脏尿布/污水的味道。我认为住在酒店的客人应该享受免费停车，因为 24 小时停车费为 7.20 英镑，而且有通知说要涨到 7.90 英镑！一瓶水要 2.70 英镑，这真是迪克·特平 (Dick Turpin) 的风格。停车场对面的酒吧可以快速吃点东西，但酒吧看起来很破旧，需要彻底清洁。总的来说，81 英镑加上一晚的停车费还算合理。

当我们到达时，整个高级旅馆都散发着恶臭，大堂、电梯等，我们在那里的整个晚上都散发着发霉的旧尿液和垃圾的味道。我目前怀孕了，并且在与气味作斗争，所以这对我来说非常困难，我的儿子也在与它作斗争。当我们到达房间时，虽然房间闻起来很好，但要么是腹泻，要么是其他可怕的东西被倒进了厕所，因为这绝对是一场灾难，对于我儿子来说，发现它非常令人震惊。床上用品上有很多黑痕，看起来不干净。我们非常失望，因为这对我们来说是一年一度的旅行，我们回来的原因是因为我们上次有过如此美妙的经历。
