酒店服务：工作人员热情，英文沟通基本没问题。
设施：还没来得及体验下游泳池和健身房。房间设施的话，毕竟这么久时间，东西还是比较陈旧的、老派的。
比较推荐大房型。特别喜欢这个透明大玻璃。。。。
食物：选择性挺多的，偶尔会比较合胃口。门口的咖啡、果汁、煎蛋、汤面、粥、里面的水果，是ok的。

非常好 酒店位置优越，出行便利，房间干净整洁，床品舒适，让我一夜好眠。前台服务热情周到，耐心解答各种问题。早餐种类丰富，味道可口。整体环境安静雅致，设施齐全，性价比高，非常适合商务或休闲出行，下次还会选择入住。

如此破败的五星级酒店，真是难以置信，又旧又破，还很贵！穿上用品不是破洞就是毛边，毛巾的色号都不是白了，是灰！头一次有五星级酒店的毛巾让我觉得不敢用。早餐种类很多，但是不好吃。直接败坏了温德姆在我心中的好印象。
设施很旧，而且没有维护！马桶不停漏水，空调不制冷，淋浴喷头很脏，床单也不干净。
房间和设施都不错。但是很遗憾，这家酒店似乎人手不足。在大堂门口没有人提供帮助，只有一个X光安检员。行李箱和包都得自己搬上X光机。办理入住时也只有一个人在服务。
早餐时餐厅服务员也不打招呼，态度也不太友好。
到泗水过度一晚，选择了离gubeng火车站不太远的温德姆酒店。一方面是地理位置，一方面是品牌酒店比较放心。
酒店性价比很高，房间超级大，适合我这种行李多的。洗澡水很大。
非常棒，干净整洁 - 地理位置好 - 员工很友好 // 早餐也很不错。
很喜欢这家酒店，房间非常宽敞舒适。将来一定会再来的。
房间有小蚂蚁，床上物品脏，用睡袋睡了三天，无线网还用不了，早饭也不好吃，定了3天早饭，只吃了一次，再也没去。 但是礼宾门童跟保安很好
性价比高，适合短住。离很多便利设施都很近，走路就能到。
