酒店的标准操作流程（SOP）太不明确了。我还没退房，客房服务员就在我出去吃早餐的时候，在没有通知的情况下直接打扫了我的房间，结果我的一些物品被拿出了房间。
更过分的是，客房部经理完全没有礼貌，在没有敲门、没有按门铃的情况下就直接闯进了我的房间。要知道，在那位客房服务员未经允许打扫房间之后，前台已经通过电话向我确认了情况，但经理还是擅自闯入。
这真的非常扰民，完全不尊重客人的隐私。请务必对此事进行处理，并对相关员工进行训斥。可以通过查看大堂电梯的监控录像进行核实。
房间干净但是旧了一些。水很脏。所以不适宜居住。但是拍照还可以。因为一楼的大厅有印尼的装修风格。跟欧洲的风格不一样。
位置非常便利，去哪里都很方便，找吃的也不用费心。
