The very bad no good weekend.
So overrall the hotel was good but the weekend seems to be a lot, the staff was not that friendly. To be honest there were in plain clothes and I didnt know who worked there and who didnt. I would give this hotel 4 stars, staff needs to work on hospitality. Rooms were great, lobbys were clean. By the second night i was there they were out of towels for the guest.

We really enjoyed the high ceilings in our spacious suite. The water was hot, kitchenware was well stocked with enough utensils to prepare meals. I wasn’t a fan of the beds or bedding. Hot breakfast with plenty of options and also guests could enjoy cooked to order meals and reception hour. I’d definitely recommend!

Started off suspect. Arrived after check-in time and was given a room that was nowhere near what I reserved. I was told that the King suite was not available. Not sure how i could reserve it. Later the staff found a room close to what I reserved but not exactly. accommodations were JUST ok. The pictures are much better than the actual room. Will not stay here again.

Nice room, clean and very large. Front desk check-in staff offered poor service. The staff found it more important to visit amongst themselves rather than checking in guests. Bar restaurant served good food. Indoor pool and gym facilities were nice as well.

Stayed here before and it’s an alright spot. The real reason I ding them in my rating is they charge for parking… what hotel charges for self parking that isn’t located downtown of a major city? Oh well, this will be my last time at this property, there are many other locations close to this one, and I plan on giving them a try before I’d return here.
($10 a night for parking, no valet, in case anyone was curious)

Bad service
- Called the hotel at 10am on 4/12 to ask how early our room would be ready and she told me that it should be done within an hour. I came to the hotel at 4pm and the room was not ready and wouldn’t end up being ready until 4:30.
- There was no remote or lamp / ceiling light in the living room; called to request a lamp and remote and lamp were provided promptly.
- Pull out couch was not clean; called front desk at 12am to let them know that it had food crumbs, broken crayons, a bottle cap, and unknown particles on it. The call was received, problem was explained, and the response from a female hotel attendant was short, “what’s your room number?” [I responded with room 233], and then she ended the call. I called back five times within an hour and no one answered the call nor returned a phone call or have someone come to our room for servicing the problem with the pullout couch not being clean.
- It was extremely frustrating to not get multiple calls answered or returned after explaining to the front desk attendant that we had a pullout couch that was dirty and need sheets, blankets, and pillows because there wasn’t any stocked in the hotel room.
