My last stay was in November 2019. The room has deteriorated since then, and the breakfast wasn't better than before. The pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were all very old and felt dirty.Upon check-in, no towels were provided, and my room key card would automatically deactivate the next day. However, one good point is that the hotel is understanding and will allow a late check-out until 1 PM if room availability permits.The location is also good, with Mall Pekanbaru nearby, public transportation within reach, and many shops in the vicinity.

上一次入住是2019年11月，房间有些情况了，早餐的部分也没有比上一次来的好，枕头套，床套浴巾都很旧，感觉很肮脏。
入住时，没有提供浴巾，而且我的房卡会在第二天自动失效。但是，有一点很好，酒店理解你，只要房间没有那么紧张，可以通融你迟退房至下午一点。
地理位置也不错，附近有mall pekanbaru，公共交通也在附近，附近也有很多店面。

唯一的缺点是，空调出风口的管道漏水，过去三晚都淹了地板，尽管我跟清洁人员投诉了，让他们叫维修人员来解决漏水问题。
