服务一般，携程只能订单人房，去到2人要补一点点钱。但补了，酒店的拖鞋什么的还是准备的单人。
位置还行，闹中比较安静的地方～就是拖行李的话，离地铁口10分钟左右
酒店很旧很旧了 很潮湿有小虫子！
但不可否认洗手间很干净，离地铁也只需要十来分钟。
但是服务真的无力吐槽，临时决定出门走走散散心，结果在这家酒店受了一肚子气。本来定了两天，晚了八分钟退房，被强制要求付费五百元，当然我觉得我自己没有看清他的退房时间自己也需要负责，但是我有续订的订单，酒店方仍然坚持超时费必须给，房间也不给退必须得住，无论携程客服小姐姐怎么沟通都很强硬，非常不友好，换的大床房，只有一支水，不够喝你必须付费，否则就自己出去买。每次出门要你强制留下钥匙在前台说怕钥匙丢失，但是每次回去前台都没有人都等了半天。包括续住两天的时候卫生都没有搞，真的太无语了！
房间很干净，非常满意。
走到涩谷市中心大约需要10分钟。
酒店还为旅客提供退房后行李寄存服务。我觉得房间比日本一般的房间要大一些。
酒店坐落在一条安静的街道上，步行5分钟就能到白天营业的商店，晚上还能感受热闹的夜生活。附近有各种商店和餐馆。非常推荐！
涩谷Creston酒店的服务非常令人满意。入住和退房手续办理得既快速又便捷，员工们都很友好，也很专业。尤其值得一提的是，他们能迅速响应我们的需求和疑问，并且可以用流利的英语进行沟通，这对于外国游客来说非常有帮助。
老实说，这家酒店太旧了，我不会再入住。
外观看起来有点破旧，但室内比想象中要大，也挺不错的。位置在涩谷站附近，周边还有很多好吃的餐馆，非常满意。
酒店地理位置优越，离涩谷十字路口非常近。我特别喜欢它虽然在一条更安静的小路上，但同时又离热闹的娱乐区很近。以后来东京我都会住这家酒店。
