唯一的优点是出行方便,楼下就是地铁口。
酒店设施实在太老旧了,洗手池是堵塞的,洗澡的热水需要先开Heater,入住时也没有任何提示。
床的摆放也很奇怪,正对窗户,头朝门方向的过道。
总之,下次肯定不会再预定这个酒店了。

酒店的地理位置很方便,周边环境不错!离景点地铁都很近,虽然设施相对年份比较久,但也算干净,性价比可以!
酒店前台没有热情,办理入住时感觉冷冰冰。退房当天出门办事,行李寄存在前台到下午四点多,取行李时也没有人告知我的衣物遗落在房间。直到我乘机离境到家后整理行李时,想起衣物挂在衣柜外的把手上忘记装了。
我的英语说的不是很流畅,但是办理入住时前台的语速不会给入住的顾客慢下来,希望对方重复一下时从表情和语气上感受到对方不耐烦。总之,忘记的衣物虽然是我很喜欢的,价格也不便宜,但是基于前台的服务态度,我又担心打电话过去更麻烦,索性就放弃了,自身承受了损失。这是新加坡很有名气的酒店给我的印象。
至于酒店的优点,卫生感觉不错,地理位置优越,房间内设施较满意。硬件设施优良的情况下,软件的人文和服务意识有待提高。

设施:这家酒店有些年头了,在一众的摩天大楼里算是有点年龄的矮个子。入住的时候酒店按照要求给了高楼层,同时也给了能看到一点点滨海湾的房间。居然还看能到国庆节主舞台,很惊喜。房间里没有瓶装水,需要自己灌水到净水机里。配的洗碗机、洗衣机都用上了,很棒,免去了洗衣服的麻烦,而且还很贴心配了晾衣架,非常完美。
地理位置:总体是很满意了,除了动物园,去鱼尾狮、擎天树、美术馆、金沙、摩天轮等几个标致性景点哪里都很近。看好烟花回来,人流还没散去就已经走回到酒店了。出了酒店大门右转,直走一点点就是著名的老巴刹,在那里吃了3顿,每顿饭都没有踩雷,性价比很高,中午是周边白领,晚上很多游客来,都是明厨亮灶,现炒的,味道好、卫生也很好。
服务:客房服务是一位大姐,每天碰到我们都很热情,主动打招呼。前台碰到的都是不会中文的,但是也基本有求必应。但是门口的门童是不帮助开门和搬行李的,不知道他是帮助做parking的还是负责咨询的,会和你热情微笑打招呼。
早餐:比较小,儿童免费,以西式的为主,需要自己写房间号和签名。有一天房间号写的比较潦草,小哥来找我说我只有一个人的早餐,我说我都已经来这里吃第三天了,我不会有错的,让他们自己去核对。后来,他来和我再次确认房间号,原来是我的5比较像3,导致了误会,我才发现他们每次都会核对的。咖啡、红茶、面包、牛奶、麦片、香肠这些标配都有,最后一天才发现,原来自己可以选择鸡蛋的做法,吃到了omlette,就是煎得有点干。
19楼:有一个迷你无边泳池,还有一小块户外空间,一个gym,一个livingroom,麻雀虽小五脏俱全。livingroom里面还有国旗象棋、飞行棋、胶囊咖啡机、杂志、苹果、饼干等等。需要批评的是那个水机器,从机器的角度来说很不错的,可以制热水、冰水,还可以直接制冰。但是有一天我在那里灌了两杯水,小孩子口渴一口喝完了,我过了一会再喝,才发现水里面有一股很浓烈的类似香水或者香皂的味道,因为孩子已经喝了,担心他紧张,我就没有做出任何反应,假装没这回事,但是这个制水机器的清洁或者是灌装存在很严重的问题。
没有比这更好的地理位置了。
我也没有什么不满意的。
如果你知道这虽然不是酒店,但服务方面能达到这个水平,那你一定会非常满意的👍
服务热情周到:特别要表扬一下前台的[员工名字,如果记得的话],办理入住时非常热情专业,还给我提供了很多周边游玩的建议。整个入住期间,任何需求都能得到工作人员的及时响应。
设施完善:酒店的健身房器材很新,我每天早上都会去锻炼一下。免费Wi-Fi网速也很快,办公娱乐都流畅。
性价比高:综合考虑其优越的地理位置、舒适的住宿环境和出色的服务,这个价格真的非常划算,物超所值。

我们这次入住体验非常棒。房间和套房都很宽敞,设施一应俱全。我们成功地为我弟弟的未婚妻举办了30岁生日派对,轻松招待了好几位客人。不过,音响可以改进一下,空调真的需要好好检修了,因为它会突然变热!
前两天升级了芬雷森套房,今天实在是懒得换房了,重新预定了房间,理解国外12点退房下午三点入住的要求,所以等到接近12点的时候,到前台试图沟通能否提前换房,这样我就可以避免装箱收拾行李,结果还是服务跟不上,OK,我回去收拾好寄存前台。 所以,服务有待提高,特别是对待大陆游客,说好的中文服务根本没有,你提什么要求,前台只会拿翻译软件给你看,就是无法解决。 我在大堂观察了一下,对待西方游客还是很有礼貌的,一个酒店服务如果有区别对待这种情况,这是一个酒店管理的很大不足。
