The villa was immaculate, with extremely comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The infinity pool and lounge area were a highlight—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Communication with the villa team was excellent from start to finish. Ely, the villa manager, was fantastic and very responsive via WhatsApp both before our arrival and throughout our stay. She coordinated our airport taxis and even arranged a later checkout so we could continue enjoying the pool instead of waiting at the airport for hours. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Nyoman, the chef, prepared incredible Balinese meals that exceeded our expectations and was very accommodating of a gluten allergy as well as a guest who does not eat seafood. Made and Putri took exceptional care of us, from poolside drinks to coordinating in-villa massages, which we highly recommend. This was an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and well-cared-for stay in Ubud.
