Stayed in a double queen, one of the beds didn’t have a blanket just sheets. The pool was closed within the hours posted it should have been open.

If you could put a notice on the front desk that says something like. Did you know in a hotel their are people other than you that are staying there. They are trying to sleep. Can you please have courtesy to the other guests. Not have loud debates at 3am. While waking up the entire hotel and not giving a care about it.

It was around 2:39pm and I walked in to check in. I let the lady at the reception know I'm here to check in. She said, "I can't check you in until 3pm." I said, "Okay, we'll be back." I got back into my car in the parking lot and waited until 3pm since it was just about 20 more minutes. About 5 minutes went by, I saw other people parking and walking inside and saw that they were able to go in and check in. I was fuming by this time and upset that the receptionist turned me away but checked in the others after me when it wasn't even 3pm yet. I walked in around 2:45pm and I got in line with 2 customers in front of me. The receptionist was checking others in cheerily and I was mad. Then it was my turn and I checked the time was 2:50pm. What kind of treatment was this? Her name was Chasity. I want to lodge a complaint about how horrible this customer service was to treat others like this.

The room was very tiny and not very clean. But we still got to pay the same price as I would have in another hotel

The Tzv didn't work. Front desk told me house keeping comes in at 6am. Nobody ever came to fix tv. The swimming pool had no lights i sat in the hot tub in the dark. The breakfast was for kids. Milk dripping into bowl on counter like they was saving it

There was someone's pants left in my room on the floor by the safe probably from a previous guess. And then the pool area was closed only reason I reserved this hotel is to enjoy the pool and hot tub

毛巾是脏的,墙壁上满是污渍(需要重新粉刷),最糟糕的是我们一整晚都没睡着,因为隔壁房间的人在开派对,里面有酒精、**,甚至还有**。我丈夫凌晨两点去前台投诉,但什么也没改变。我们有两个小女儿,所以那是一个噩梦般的夜晚。工作人员很友好,早餐也可以接受,但我不推荐这里给家庭入住。
