Light switch on lamp in room was broke and I had to screw the bulb on or off, and the bathroom sink backed up fairly quickly. Otherwise, the stay was good and the staff was friendly.

Property was in poor condition. Only three lights in your entire room so it was dark. Pool area had no lights besides what was in the pool.

Couldn’t understand staff. Bottles in shower were filthy, carpet had spots that were sticky. Pillows flat. Coffee had grounds in it.

We were very pleased with every aspect of our room, the property and location. Our only concern was an unexplained sound and shaking of the elevator. We are very likely to choose to stay at the same Baymont location again.

Not sure we’d come back
It was alright. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. By the time we went down to get breakfast, most of it was gone and there weren’t many choices. The coffee could have been better.

The pool area was very hot, humid. The door to the fitness was bad condition because of the humidity in pool area. Asked for washclothes they had none to give out. Maid came into room to make up bed and left the pillow that was knocked on floor the night before. The hallway rug were worn-out in spots. Rooms, Tv when turned on was very loud, dirty bathroom door, walls.

Safety issues and complaints
No towels were available at 9pm (pool open until 11). Light switch didnt work. Only lighting was from the pool and hot tub. There were 3 lounge chairs available, which i couldnt use because im disabled. Only 1 small round table with 2 chairs, and 1 chair wasnt safe to sit on

The breakfast bar definately needs improvement. Both mornings I did not eat because there was nothing I liked. No oatmeal, no bananas and only peach yogurt. I think there should be more varieties to offer.

我们一家来自香港, 因为出席女儿的毕业礼, 我们选择订了9天这家酒店。我们住了一晚的标准客房后, 发觉房间很小, 没有枱, 要求服务台转换, 服务台的小姐很贴心, 给我们换了开间房间, 面积大了很多, 真的非常感谢她! 酒店有免费停车, 很方便, 早餐每天都一样, 没有变化, 这点希望酒店可改变一下! 洗嗽用品要跟服务台取就可以, 服务台的服务也很不错啊!!
毛巾是脏的,墙壁上满是污渍(需要重新粉刷),最糟糕的是我们一整晚都没睡着,因为隔壁房间的人在开派对,里面有酒精、**,甚至还有**。我丈夫凌晨两点去前台投诉,但什么也没改变。我们有两个小女儿,所以那是一个噩梦般的夜晚。工作人员很友好,早餐也可以接受,但我不推荐这里给家庭入住。
