海景房景观好望花园不吵,房间很大,工作人员都很友好,儿童乐园托管服务很赞,水上乐园娃玩的很开心,海滩在对面马路,离21航站楼也很近,早餐好吃品种多,还有鲜榨果汁,春节仪式感满满,唯一缺点就是客房服务送东西比较久
来之前做了很多关于Amari的功课,有说好的,也有说踩雷的。住了三晚后,我必须客观的说,酒店整体设施是多少老旧一些,但三天住下来还是很舒服的,超过预期的,非常好。
酒店位置在泰国湾的边上,走几步过马路就是海滩,而且出门就是好几家餐馆和711,吃喝实在太方便了。
酒店早餐也绝对比网上的一些帖子写的要好一些,种类蛮全的,有些口味确实差点,但挑到自己喜欢吃的并且吃饱肯定是没问题的。尤其是水果很新鲜,并且果汁种类很多。
泳池设施绝对是亮点,也是我选Amari的最重要原因。孩子确实玩的很开心,尤其是几个水滑梯,简直是玩不腻。
家庭房一个大床应该是两米,再加上一个上下床,2大2小住起来很舒服。需要吐槽的是空调确实太老旧了,声音特别大。 另外家庭房朝向确实不好,看不到海。但这些都可以克服。
整体还是很满意的,家人也都开心,还会考虑再来。
酒店临海是挺不错的,公共环境也不错,服务一般吧,第二天没有给新拖鞋和水,办理入住时前台说我们订的双床房不适合和孩子住想让升级房间,我说孩子还小没升级,备注了不要靠近电梯的房间,还特意给了贴着电梯的,电梯运行时声音挺明显的影响睡眠。水质不好,幸亏自己带了花洒和滤芯,才洗一会儿滤芯就变成如图那样了。
不带任何主观色彩,只说入住这4天在酒店发生的事情,客观陈述事实。
1. 入住办理:酒店明确写着15点以后可以办理入住,我们一行人当日15点10分到达酒店,告知其中一间房还需要15分钟才能办理,另一间房需要50分钟。结果16点了,两间房依旧没收拾出一间来,到了将近16点30,才收拾出一间房来,想问酒店,晚了一个半小时才办理一间房,那么客人能否退房的时候也延迟一个半小时呢?如果你们人手不够,是否应该提前增加人手呢?
2. 莫名的臭味:两间房其中的一间,从入住当晚深夜开始,就从空调口散出一股下水道的臭味,随后的几天里,工人反反复复来修,到我们最后退房,这个问题也没有彻底解决。到底是哪里出来的味道,不得而知,酒店也没有任何解释。
3. 打扫卫生的效率:一共入住4晚,只有第二天房间得到了充分的打扫,第三天我们一行人去格兰岛,早上8点从酒店出发,下午4点半回到酒店,一进屋,两个间房完成了0.7间的打扫,没错你们没看错,就是0.7间,一天的时间,连一间房都没收拾出来,这还是提前告知了前台我们不在酒店的时间(由于要修理房间异味的问题,前台问询我们不在酒店的时间)。到第三天,我们没出去,就在酒店里面休息,周边逛逛,让服务员5点再来收拾,结果也没来,这叫一个省事。
综上所述,芭提雅是个值得二刷或者N刷的城市,但这个酒店,还是留给有缘人刷去吧
这家海景酒店的体验远超预期!房间视野绝佳,推窗就是无边海景,清晨躺在床上就能欣赏海上日出,傍晚在阳台吹着海风看日落,简直治愈极了。
酒店地理位置优越,离21航站楼和蒂芙尼秀都很近。下楼步行几分钟就到沙滩,出酒店左面100米就是711,711隔壁就是兑换钱的地方。房间干净舒适,床品软硬适中,睡得非常踏实。设施也很贴心,干湿分离的卫生间、独立浴缸一应俱全。
服务方面更是加分,前台热情周到,还帮忙升级了房型。早餐丰富,现煮的当地特色粉面味道很棒。
总之是一次完美的度假体验,性价比高,下次来还会选择这里!强烈推荐给喜欢海景的朋友。
酒店的公区做了非常好,看得出美感和设计,尤其是户外水上儿童乐园。
带娃泡酒店是不错的选择,地理位置也优越,距离21航站楼、海滩、711园区步行都可到。
房间面积对比隔壁假日也大很多,只是细节之处明显陈旧,但是综合价格、公区观赏性、孩子游玩性还是可以再次考虑入住。
和普吉岛的阿玛瑞不能比 酒店实际对着海的开面不大 很细长 拖鞋差两个档次 我明明定的至尊海景房 却给我降了一级 变高级海景房了 沟通90分钟才搞定 给我低楼层 想蒙混过关 前台没有人会中文 只能英语交流 对华人不友好的 设施里面有点久浴缸的放水阀门要花很大力气打开 洗脸盆的水又放不掉了 离开的时候我把送的小吃拿着吃 前台又说要付费 后来又说免费 饮料免费 整体体验感一般 没有独立海滩 只有一个泳池 感觉运营的一班 下次不会再来
国人避雷,不推荐,这个酒店太老了,空调跟鼓风机一样,我还拍得有视频。
这是芭提雅一家花园式老五星级酒店,花园环境确实还不错,景观挺好,但除了这一点几乎全是槽点,整体体验非常差。
首先酒店年代实在太久了,设施老化严重。最要命的是空调噪音巨大,一整晚轰隆轰隆响个不停,根本没法睡。拔掉电源倒是安静了,可房间又闷又热,完全待不住,一晚上几乎没合眼。
其次卫生也让人失望,房间里居然发现了两只小蟑螂,只能自己动手处理。而且电梯里异味很重,味道难闻,每次等电梯都很煎熬。
泳池也不是封闭式的,实用性一般。
真心建议大家来芭提雅尽量别选这种老旧酒店,哪怕名气大、环境看着不错,实际住起来又吵又闹又不卫生,花钱买罪受,非常不推荐!
住了三晚,虽然过年期间价格相对较高,不过酒店环境服务这些都相当不错,酒店出门就是海滩,旁边就是711,距离21航站楼步行5分钟,工作人员服务热情且有主动服务意识,房间环境也不错,卫生干净,唯一的缺点就是泳池虽多,但大人娱乐的较少,不过基本符合预期,值得推荐。
酒店泳池真的挺好的 三个滑梯 孩子很爱玩 有club car可以给送到21航站楼附近 酒店对面是沙滩🏖 但是,但是啊 个别服务员很差劲 服务态度超级差 比如套房入住客人可以去靠近海边的餐厅吃早餐 那边有位叫GARFIELD的服务员态度很差 我想既然是特殊待遇 就应该让工作积极的人在那边服务。而不是冷着脸 说英文她听不懂 中文听不懂 翻译成泰文还是告诉我听不懂?有点太故意了吧。还有客房打扫卫生的 她在我餐桌旁边的水池里刷垃圾桶 还用擦了垃圾桶的抹布擦水池旁边桌子 而且还是我在屋里的情况下 都不避人了吗? 这些我都有跟酒店反馈 第一个服务员态度问题 前台来给我解释说那个服务员怀孕了 但是我觉得她可以在家休息 不要把坏情绪带给客人,第二个客房打扫问题始终没给我反馈 ,差劲 携程但方面给我道歉了。club car的工作人员大多数都很好 也有一位是扑克脸 和他说话也不理人,总之住了八个晚上 遇到了三位培训不好的酒店人员 同一个酒店出现三位 一定是培训不到位,我住了这么多酒店都没有这种情况。并且洗澡水是忽冷忽热的 有蜘蛛丝 还有一天楼道都不给灯了 黑乎乎的吓**
