The staff was great, and breakfast was amazing! The room however was not fully clean: the chair had not been moved between previous tenants as when we moved it, there were several small pieces of trash under it; and the bathroom floor was not very clean (hair, dust, etc.) The room also did not have towel bars in the bathroom for some reason?

Overall we love this hotel and stay a couple times a year, but let me just say if this had been our first stay it would have been a more sour experience.

Room was nice and clean but check in was awful lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful when she was looking at a previous cancelled reservation and not the current paid reservation and was not able to troubleshoot the problem was rude unprofessional and laughed when asked to fix the issue

Our was very clean. The A/C was loud kicking on and off during the night, but not a deterrent from booking here again. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the check-in staff were very friendly.

The Good: Convenient location, rooms were good sized and clean. Good country restaurant nearby. Ample parking.

The bad: Pet Fee of $75. This was the highest we paid on a 3 week road trip. Considering room was $125, this is a very steep price. The staff was professional, but not friendly or helpful. Being right off highway next to a gas station was a bit noisy.

The verdict: I would not stay here again, largely due to the ridiculous pet fee, and would not recommend to others , especially pet owners. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn, as they are our go to hotel.
